Submitted an online order and went to pick it up. The sign on the building says to call, so I called twice and no one answered. The door was unlocked so I just went in to grab my order. At this point two of the employees up front were too busy play fighting/flirting with each other to notice I walked in. Once they finally noticed me, instead of asking how they could help me, they yelled "inside is closed!"(why was the door open then?🤔) I politely responded, "oh, I'm sorry, I am just picking up an online order" assuming they would just hand me my order. They impatiently scoffed "we'll bring it out to you!"...didn't even ask the name for the order. I went back out to my car and waited. In the meantime someone pulled up next to us to pick up a door dash order. I saw her call as well and they must not have answered for her either because she went in. They sent her out but a minute later brought her a bag of food. After waiting a bit longer we decided to call again. Two more calls later they finally answered and told us to go through the drive thru. I watched the employee who was on the phone with us take our order over to the drive thru and we pulled around to then wait in line behind at least 7 cars when our order was already completed and there were enough employees that someone could have brought it out as the sign stated. Or if they were too "busy" to bring it out, they could've just given it to me when I went in myself. I am not normally one to complain but this Qdoba location seems pretty unorganized to me. Maybe the manager was off...
Read moreI have gone to qudoba a lot down in Grand Rapids, MI where I live and in Saginaw, MI. Never had a problem. Food was hot and fresh. I went to the Qudoba in Flint,MI off of Miller road. Building is locked not allowing customers in. Not sure if doors were supposed to be locked. I know there is no dinning in, but the Uber eats guy had to call for one of the employees to let him in to pick up his customers food. No signs saying call upon arrival to pick up food. Anyways, my biggest complaint is the steak that was put on my burrito. It was completely dried out like it was over cooked, or sat in the hot tray too long. I believe it was the hot tray because all the pieces of steak were dried out, inside and out. I believe I seen 4 employees inside.Mostly standing around when they finally allowed customers to come in and get their food. Parking lot was empty other than the employees cars, the Uber eats guy, another lady, and me. So I know they were not busy. And if you think I took too long to get my order, nope! I ordered right in the parking lot online, and even went in 5 minutes before my pick up time. Can someone explain how this happens other than lazy staff not wanting to work but probably be on their phones? You could clearly see the steak is dried out, so did you swop out the old meat for new meat after the recommended time meat is to stay in the warmer before being disposed of? Obviously not. Won’t be visiting that location again. Guess I will pass by it and go to...
Read moreToday I ordered lunch from doordash (about 12:20) that I had to immediately cancel after noticing I put in the wrong address. I couldn’t reorder since they started to get busy with orders (completely understandable and not the issue). Later that day I was still craving one of their bowls so I decided to order it for dinner (around 6:30). Doordash picked it up really fast and got it to me quicker than it originally said, which made me question why it was so cold when I took my first bite. After eating it a little more I started to not feel great and went to put the top back on when I noticed the ticket said “pick up time 12:49”. I immediately knew it was my canceled order from earlier that day. I called the store because clearly it had been sitting out for 6 hours and was still served to a customer. The manager I talked to stated that there was no possible way that it could’ve been from earlier today because when she came in at 4 there were no bags on the shelves. I stated how impossible that was since the food was cold and soggy so it wouldn’t make sense for it to be a brand new meal. She then said it had to have been a ticket glitch. I was extremely appalled at the fact she would make up excuses for what could have happened (not the fact they put old food up for a customer to take 6 hours later).
I’m extremely dissatisfied and disappointed which sucks seeing that I order from Qdoba almost every lunch...
