i love Bob Evans for the many selections of dishs, for breakfest, dinner time later afternoon meals, my favorite is Choped Sirlion beaf dinner, covered with musrooms, onions, cooked in hidden spices,, and more hidden flavors, and mash potatoes just like my great grandma made and handed down to my mother, not just water and butter is used much much more is hidden in there mash potatoes and i can't get anyone to talk lololol, my grandmother would never tell me, with 2 sides, my first side is chicken soup, the most delicious deepest chicken base flavor i can get from any resturant in Mich, onions, carrots, celery, ect.. i always order a bowel before i eat the main dish and i ask to hold the main meal till i have finished my soup because i want to finish the whole bowl, i dont want to waste any of it,, i thought for years i had made the number 1, chicken soup at home and every since i have had theres i stopped makeing mine at home if you more you can buy gallons of if you so desire lololo not jokeing, you have several more options of a secound or 3rd choice of a side dish, but am not going to steal your looking forward to those dishes i need to leave you something lolol

The AA lady at the register was very friendly and professional. She even helped me out when my rushed waitress cut us off. The waitress walked past us 3 times with even speaking. She came to the table to ask for drinks, and before I could get my cold choice out of my mouth, she shot to the back, and I was left speechless. I asked the lady at the counter for help, and she was happy to assist. The waitress later apologized but still rushed through our table only coming by once. The food was awful. The French toast was dry and burned. The has was cold and hard. The omelet was bare, and they gave me 6 big chunky mushy tomatoes on top. Yuck!! When I asked for fresh tomatoes or salsa, the waitress told me she would have to charge me!!! So she brought out more old tomatoes. The experience was horrible. I will never be back. The atmosphere was only for the AA lady who checked us out and was sweet as pie. I gave her my "Special Person of the Day" award. A 2 dollar bill. Thank you, ma'am. (The picture below is my mocha I swirled. They brought it to me with a glop of chocolate on top and on the side. Please do better when people are spending their hard earned money.

Went out with family since we aren’t from around here tried something new. Our wait was almost 1hr 30 mins the food was sitting there for awhile. The food was awfully gross we didn’t eat any of it. Our bill was almost $55 and we asked for a manager. The manager was Kela, walked up to us with “you need to talk to me” no introducing herself no apologize other than “I’ll take 50%” off and we argued that. Than she had our server bring us our bill instead of her coming back and she stood behind the counter. We then paid our $31 bill STILL after not eating most of it and walked out while she watched us cash out. No apology. Our server was the most understandable and nice guy (seth) he apologized and asked if there was anything else we needed. I went back in after deciding if I was gonna call corporate and kela assisted she didn’t know the number or anything so another young lady had looked it up and provided it for me. Poor management my, the food sucked, tomatoes smelt rotten. I’ll never be back again. Thanks for ruining the first experience.

This was the worse experience at Bob Evans ever and will more than likely prevent us from going to a Bob Evans again. First we were seated and waited 10-15 minutes before our waiter ever came for the drink order. Multiple waiters and waitresses walked by our table and when we looked annoyed one waitress said, "Your waiter will be with you soon". There was only 3 other tables with people at them! And at least 3 waiters/waitresses on the floor!!! This was 8:30 PM on a Thursday! We ordered a chery coke, diet coke, and two waters to go with them. We NEVER got the water! The waiter was in such a rush we had to stop him to tell him "hey we are ready to order since we been waiting 15 minutes just for our drink order". Not sure why he was in a rush when he only had us and one other table! I could see if the place was busy but no it was not at all! Our food comes... I ordered the country fried steak 3-course meal, take a couple bites of the steak and then on the third bite I feel something in my mouth and pull out an expiration sticker that was cooked into my food! NASTY! We call over a waitress (Sam) who looks at it and just says Ewww, we tell her to bring a manager. The manager (female) comes about 5 minutes later. She says "Oh, ha (giggle) that is our expiration stickers we use, How did the cook not see that hmm, oh well I can make you a new one!" NEVER did we get an apology from anyone. Of course I did not want anything else and she said she would remove the meal from my bill. Then they ask what I wanted for my dessert and I said we want to leave we been here forever so I do not want the ice cream just give me a slice of pumpkin pie TO GO. Well the waiter says thats extra and I said my meal is off the bill because it was ruined so I better not be charged for the pie because I am not getting ice cream sundae to go. He says "Oh no one told me what happened with your meal..." ok I will go get it for you. He brings it to me and then added the cost of the slice of pie to the bill! At the register I am like my bill says 16.72 but your trying to charge me 20.00 now, I told the waiter my meal was free and I am not paying for the slice of pie since my dinner was RUINED! Finally the manager came up front to take it off the bill. WHY would he bring it out when I told him very clearly I was not going to pay extra for a slice of pie with my 3 course meal when the main course was RUINED with a sticker cooked into it! The over all experience was horrible. NO one apologized. The waiter was the worse I have had in a long time. He might of been new but he was not a good waiter at all. Oh! another thing he did was he brought my dinner rolls out then brought my soup with my main course! A 3-course meal is... dinner rolls and soup....main course... then dessert. Then he went to the back and asked Sam what was cooked in my food and they started laughing and talking about "OMG how did our sticker get cooked in his steak oh wow!!". So not professional. HORRRRRRIBLE EXPERIENCE. If I could give zero...

Ordered our lunch online, 3 separate orders. I waited 30 minutes before picking up our food when I got there there was one cashier who was working her tail off the cashier on the other side her name was hope was just standing there twiddling her thumbs it seems like the other cashier asked her to please help me because there was a line of people waiting to check out. Hope seems completely clueless I'm not sure if she was new and if she was new nobody was assisting her. She thought that one order wasn't made they tried giving me a veggie omelette I went back and forth with her for a minute that I did not order the veggie omelette pulled out the receipts to show her there was no veggie omelette she informed me that one of her orders had not even been made yet so I asked for a refund the order was sitting on the table behind her the entire time. She told me that they had no dinner rolls they were putting them in the oven when I asked her how long it would take she said she didn't know the manager said six minutes but six minutes came and went and still no dinner rolls we ended up getting two of her meals for free because one was paid for online when we got back to the office which mind you is a mile away from Bob Evans The Knife and Fork turkey sandwich was cold and the soup was lukewarm very disappointing but the salad was great they got that right I appreciate the manager giving us our meals for free but I would have totally paid for decent food and hot food. During all of this there was a line of people waiting to be seated waiting to check out waiting for online orders there was absolutely no organization whatsoever I seriously contemplated seating people myself while waiting for my stuff to be taken care...

Avoid this location like the plague.

I’ve always loved Bob Evans. Reliable, warm, comforting—like a hug from your grandma who can actually cook. But this Saginaw, Michigan location? A total disaster. Walked in, sat down, and waited… and waited… while three tables that came in after us got their food first. Our meals finally showed up—cold. Eggs congealed, bacon limp, biscuits and gravy like a lukewarm paste. Even the coffee was cold. Asked for a fresh cup and got eye-rolls and attitude like I’d insulted their bloodline. The place was filthy. Tables sticky, floors gritty, and the bathroom? No paper towels, just a sad, dripping air dryer that barely worked. One thing after another—like they gave up halfway through the shift. One server—the only bright spot—was genuinely kind and apologetic. Everyone else? Rude, sluggish, acting like they’d been dragged out of bed and forced to work. Zero hustle, zero care. Something is seriously off in that kitchen, with that staff, and with basic cleanliness. This isn’t “just an off day.” This was a full-on failure. Management needs to wake up—or close the doors. I won’t be back to this location. Ever. TL;DR: Cold food, rude staff, dirty restaurant, no paper towels in the bathroom. The one decent server deserves a raise. The...
