My 6 year old attended a birthday party here a month ago and decided this is where he wanted his party. Today as we arrived to party check in counter the party staff was very welcoming. When I arrived they stated other staff was putting down chairs in our party room so we could head on up. It was party room 2. As we walked in we noticed right away it looked so dirty in the room. We obviously knew there wasn't a party right before ours because staff was just putting chairs down.
The floors had crumbs all over and they were very sticky. The trash cans made the room look even worse with all the grime and food stuck to it. To host a platinum glow night its pretty pricey for each kid it's about $43 and comes with shirt and socks well some guests arrived with their own airborne shirts on so when they checked in they weren't offered the shirts but it was already paid for with each kid had I not come down to check on people checking in they would have been ripped off and not given the full treatment of the party. I'm glad I was there and caught it and made sure they received their shirt.
The host was not trained properly. She didn't introduce herself she wasn't around, if I need something I had to go find her. She was not a dedicated host at all so don't expect it to be like chuckecheese hosts. She brought the pizza up using her shirt sleeve as oven mitts and brought the ice cream up at the same time as the pizzas I had to tell her to wait til we ate pizza or the ice cream would melt. I notified her that the wrong pitcher drinks were brought up and by the time I noticed the kids were so thirsty they had already started drinking them. When I told her they were wrong drinks they wanted to pour out what was remaining to bring right drinks out. I spent over $500 and was not happy with the service or the cleanliness of the facility. I don't think I'll host a party here ever again! Two stars for a...
Read moreThis was our first experience. Kids had an OK time. We went for an hour jump - kids were whooped by then. The only thing I wish I would have known before is that they divide the open jump area by size. I took myself, my 11 year old son and my 5 year old. We were all put in different areas. My older one was bummed that he couldn't bounce with his little sister. I did end up getting to bounce with my 11 year old - but he didn't want to bounce alone - and I couldn't leave my 5 year old to bounce alone - so we had to take turns between watching my 5 year old jump alone (i wasn't allowed to bounce with her) - and then keeping her occupied while I bounced on the other end with my 11 year old. I get why they do this - I know there are rowdy kids that don't respect younger ones - and you have to put safety first. Next time we will make sure we go with someone that has the same size kids - so each kid has someone to play with. Only other gripe was that there were lines for everything - but we went on a Sunday afternoon - so maybe next time we go early in the morning. I'm sure during the week it isn't as crowded. Other than that, the kids had fun for the most part - they do have a few games to play and a snack bar. With the games you have to put your money on a refillable card to swipe at the games - but then I wasn't able to use the card to purchase food at the snack bar. Overall it was a good experience - but I did take a few lessons away for next time. It is a good place for the kids to burn energy and exercise while having fun.
I think I was spoiled because we had previously went to a Zero Gravity trampoline park and there was a lot more space and you were allowed to all...
Read moreA little disappointing that the price is $22 no matter the age. Today I took my wife and our 2 year old for my wife’s birthday (she loves this place) and this was the first time bringing our daughter. I have been there many times over the years even back when it was Skyzone. BUT Little did we know that for $22 you’re only allowed to have your kid 10 and under in one small section. The rest of the areas are not allowed even if empty. Some employees didn’t care but one specific one yelled at us for being in the “teen zone” even though no one was there and there’s no signs saying there’s designated areas. So for $46 we got 10 mins of jumping and 10 mins of trying to keep a 2 year old in a small section. Granted safety is important but when no one is in the “zone”. Pricing should be the same across the board when you can actually use 95% of the options. But I was the sucker who paid for it I guess I was the dumb one for wasting money and time. First time having this issue as a parent of 2. Just disappointed..
Edit* After reading others reviews, it’s obvious either the Owner is 16 or is extremely immature by the way he/she responds. Maybe take some notes to have improvements and better your business not mock people for...
