"Bed" Shopping is not fun. It can be overwhelming, and yet is important, as this purchase is critical to a good night's sleep and one you do not want to make again for many years. We purchased a bed from Sears 5 years ago, and it was supposedly a 10 year "warranty". So, after year 2, it sagged in the middle and was not comfortable at all. And, it was Sear's version of the Stearns & Foster, so not inexpensive. We went there first tonight to see what or how good the warranty was. The salesman there was uninterested, could not even locate us in the computer, and was not knowledgeable about beds at all. Supervisors were no where to be seen, so we went to a "real" bed store. Willie Prescott was the exact opposite. He was knowledgeable, the store was organized, and it seemed easier to pick out the bed to fit two people's needs, as Willie knows what he is doing. He also gave us a great price, as we really did not want to go over our budget, but of course, the one we felt was perfect, was a little more than that. At the end of the day, it's all about value, we won't know about the bed's quality, as we have not slept on it yet, but if the customer service we received this far is any indication, we will be happy. Read moreI ordered a mattress and foundation set and chose delivery and haul away of old items. Delivery team showed up within the 2 hour time frame but only came with my mattress and NO foundation and then to tell me they couldn’t haul away my items because their truck was full to capacity. Definitely not my issue your truck is full and I paid for these services. My delivery time was 9:45 am-11:45am and it’s now 4pm no foundation or line of communication from delivery team or the store which was mad aware of this situation. I wasted my entire day sitting waiting and no product. This is very unprofessional and I definitely don’t deserve this as a paying customer. I’d never recommend this place or spend another dime of my hard earned money there. Totally unacceptable!!! If I could provide ZERO stars that’s definitely what it would be. Sincerely an angry customer.
FYI Steve and Randy were awesome from Mattress Firm...it was definitely the delivery team that they contract that made all the errors and didn’t have the integrity to honor or live up to the name Red Carpet...
Read moreGreeting was friendly but the agent we worked with was VERY pushy. My husband & I worked with Mark at this store. When we walked in he asked us what our price point was and what we where looking for, which was fine. But when he showed us mattresses he showed us mattresses starting at what we told him we wanted to spend on everything. Then as we where asking questions he would cut us off & answer quickly not letting us finish our questions; or as I would ask my husband a question he would cut me off and say it was fine. Then as we where checking out he told us to do a Google review, then he hung over my shoulder as I was trying to write the review which made me feel VERY uncomfortable. We DO NOT recommend working with Mark. (First Review) Edit** We went back into the store today (the next day) and Mark fixed the issues and was super nice.
