GameStop — Local services in Kochville Township

My son was looking for a headset for his PS4 system. He really wanted a wirless headset and had been saving to buy them. We learned he would have to pay over $100 to get a basic wireless headset. The staff at this location was friendly and helpful in showing him alternate wired headset options in his price range. The downside of any Game Stop from my past experiences is they offer you very little money if you want to trade in your used games or equipment and I don't like the fact that they have to get the new games from the back room. I can understand the security concerns with these items but all stores that have video games and equipment have the same concerns but they don't put things away like Game Stop does. It makes me question if the item they are selling is in fact a new item or is it a used item they took in on trade that they are passing off...

I am on a first name basis with most of the employees at this establishment and have been for many moons now. I am aware GameStop is renown for their shady business practices as a whole but I have never had a bad experience at this particular location. Nine times out of ten they have what I am looking for, they put up with my constant questions and bickering without annoyance and they allow me to shamelessly loiter in their store. I even broke their printer and they are still nice to me. I am also happy to report these people actally know what they are talking about when it comes to video games which is quite refreshing. I had an issue with my PS4 and me not know alot about consoles and controllers i took it here. Well the nice gentleman tested everything and told me it was my contoller so he bought my controller off me (which i thought i was going to have to junk it) and got a pre owned one. Well when i got back i realized there was something stuck in my microphone slot so of course was mad.
