This place is chaos incarnate. If you don't know this before going in, you have no business being here. My 5 year old loves this place, and that's what matters.

Security at the door stamps you and your children with a unique stamp which are required to match before you can leave with your child. This is an excellent practice, and I'm happy security is one of their top concerns.

The food is... well it's awful. We ordered a pizza and drinks combo with tokens, and the pizza is clearly just one of those thin frozen pizza's with a very thin crust. Edible but I wouldn't recommend it. There is a decent looking salad bar for an alternative, but the pricing is quite high.

Several of the games were out of order, and several of the games should have been out of order as they barely meet the standard of 'working'. The play/climb area is a nice addition, and was enjoyed by kids of all ages.

Bathrooms were clean and well maintained.

The 'ticket' prize system was as well done as this hellish process can be. They have automated ticket 'eating' machines that will count your ticket and give you a receipt in response. The only complaint for this is that if I have to stand there and feed it receipts for 5 minutes, I do NOT need to hear the 'chomp chomp' sound effect it emits. Ever.

Claiming prizes at the prize counter went as well as expected for young children trying to make any type of decision. The staff was patient and friendly, and they do allow you to actually purchase prizes you might be just a bit short of tickets on, which I like as a nice option.

The 'automated' show that plays every 20 minutes or so is of poor production... but I can't honestly say I expected much out of it.

Overall a Good experience, but something I can only handle once...

They have this new interactive dance floor(seen in pictur), NO more stage with the animation chuckie and they got rid of the play place that used to go across the ceiling! They had like 3 machines that you could take pics on(one was newer) but only one was working while we were there, and they said the other ones were out of paper (which is why they only get 4 stars)😑 Then instead of getting a cup of coins to play games, they give you a card with "time" on it and you can buy 15 minutes and up. With each card purchase you can ask for 1 break while playing and they will stop your time on your card and you can eat or just take a break, then start it back up again once you use it. It ended up costing us around $50 for 1 large pizza and 2 seperate half hours of play time. We were passing one card around a family of 4 and were all playing games, but the problem was that if someone started playing another game before the other person was completely done with their game, then whatever tickets were won by the 1st person wasn't put on our card. Otherwise i think it worked out good and everyone got to play including the adults and there was no limit to the amount of games you can play. You could buy game credits and play a set amount of games but that just seemed silly to me and buying time was a better value. The pizza was amazing 👏 they recently must have went back to a old original recipe because it was that same great pizza taste they had, from when i was a kid and the last time i was there before this it wasn't so great. The workers were all positive and really helpful, they explained the new ways in detail and even helped us get more tickets, so my little one could get the prize she wanted by showing us we could complete a online survey...

Terrible. I paid an outrageous amount because my daughter really wanted her 5th birthday party here. We were rushed the whole two hours. The girl took my kid to do the ticket catching thing ONE MINUTE after she served cake. We didn't even have time to eat it. She didn't explain anything to us when we got there, didn't tell us the wristbands were on the table, didn't tell us we needed to buy 8 DOLLAR socks for the trampoline. While we were playing games 30 minutes before the end of our time was over she wrapped all our pizza that WE'D PAYED FOR, toys my children WON , whole pieces of cake the kids were still eating, in the tablecloth and threw it all in the trash. Didn't offer us a box for leftovers, nothing. Kept asking me if I'd paid yet. When I gave her my debit card to pay I asked her to just add a tip & she said she can't. I always feel the need to tip & gave her 20% but the service was TERRIBLE! After I'd paid, at 2:25 when my party was paid til 2:30 we were gathering all our things and bags of toys, etc to leave and she says, "you gotta get your stuff & get outta here now. I gotta set up for my next party". I was soooo embarrassed I'd even invited anyone there. It was horrible. We'll never be...

Came here for a birthday party. Very overpriced. It’s nice that they have redone everything but the food prices were just crazy. $2 for each of these wings. $10 to get into the little obstacle course where they have an attendant stand to make sure the kids run in circles and don’t climb or do anything fun. Not Mr Cheese’s fault but some of the other birthday groups were very inconsiderate and you are all lumped right in next to each other. It just wasn’t worth it for our family. I would choose literally any other arcade first.

Awesome takeout! $5 and under menu during quarantine. We got a cheese pizza and a supreme pizza along with cotton candy. Pizzas were perfectly cooked with a generous amount of toppings. It was so good that it was half gone by the time I got to take a picture. The slightly smaller slice size (12 slices here vs 10 at most places) makes it easy for kids to eat. Every time we go the employees are very nice and accommodating as well. All praise from me!
