Northwest Plaza — Attraction in Kokomo

Well, where to start? Lol. The past few years, there has continued to be an increase in disappointment and frustration. I assist my elderly neighbor in getting his groceries as well. We have shipped at this Krogers for many years. They continue to have sale items not available, when I asked for a rain check, I was told they aren't doing them. The customer service is quite comparative to Walmart lately. They do not have a cashier's lane open and it's self check out. Their self checkout aisles are not user friendly for a family order nor were they practical for my visually impaired neighbor with a cane. This revue finds me looking for alternative places to shop. It's worth the drive at almost $5 a gallon of I can get what I need. And I'm sorry if this is only my opinion, but customer service goes a long way when it comes to stores and people, there can still be respectable social distancing...

Kroger grocery store is a one-stop shop for your everyday needs. They carry quality items for the hardline side, and the food is always fresh and worth the value.

The staff are always around to ask questions if needed. Every response has been met with a smile and courtesy. They will help you locate an item if requested.

The prices are generally lower for the value received.

Need a rose for your better half's forgotten birthday? They are there and fresh for display. Luckily, that hasn't happened to me yet. But... Always know your bailouts.

Kroger grocery store, Chinese restaurant, Sears, and pet supply store located here. All the businesses have polite, helpful, and friendly staff. Each business offers a good selection and decent prices. Kroger can sometimes be rather busy though. The Chinese restaurant has a buffet of all the major Chinese foods people love and enjoy plus sushi that is rather good. The pet store is all your basic needs for your pet.
