Well, where to start? Lol. The past few years, there has continued to be an increase in disappointment and frustration. I assist my elderly neighbor in getting his groceries as well. We have shipped at this Krogers for many years. They continue to have sale items not available, when I asked for a rain check, I was told they aren't doing them. The customer service is quite comparative to Walmart lately. They do not have a cashier's lane open and it's self check out. Their self checkout aisles are not user friendly for a family order nor were they practical for my visually impaired neighbor with a cane. This revue finds me looking for alternative places to shop. It's worth the drive at almost $5 a gallon of I can get what I need. And I'm sorry if this is only my opinion, but customer service goes a long way when it comes to stores and people, there can still be respectable social distancing...
