Went to the subway on Dixon with my grandparents. Out of the 3 employees there, only ONE of them was pleasant and nice, she was the one who made my sandwich. The other two, not kind at all. One of them yelled out about customer not hearing her right in front of my grandparents and I and it was really uncomfortable and awkward. The other, her name is Juana I believe, had a nasty attitude the entire time with my grandparents starting with my grandmother. She just look like she did not even want to be there and my grandparents buying food was an inconvenience for her. Her tone got higher as she was asking my grandpa what kind of sauce he wanted and he couldn't think of the name so when she went through them her voice would get aggressively higher as she asked "this one" for each sauce. Then, because my grandma can't hear all that well, she had asked my grandma if she wanted her sandwich heated or toasted and when my grandma couldn't hear her Juana asked her in a demeaning way, she spoke way too slow and loud as if my grandma were completely deaf or something. Mngr had helped me She was touching everything in store with same pair of gloves on ,rubbing her chin then pulling out a scale to weigh titan turkey ,Got reg turkey for the titan turkey.was less than normal. I was surprised to see this but okay,I let it go on,I asked for onions and banana peppers mayo ,Chipotle south west,The whole time I was paying attention to mngr ,she never changed gloves after helping 3 more people,Not cool. I paid and asked if it was franchise store ,I threw my sub in trash and walked out. And I forgot ,I got mustard instead of southwest sauce, I watched as she done it. It was worth the 13.00 to me to see what kinda place and where not to eat. I can see trying to save money and get bigger bonus, keep a better store and better customer service, reviews, No negative comments is the key and customer satisfaction.

Read moreI placed an online order for picking up in 1 hour. I got the email confirmations to prove with time stamps. I show up 5 minutes before the scheduled pickup time and was informed they "just started the first sandwich" and then someone else chimed in and said "just got the order 5 minutes ago". I said I ordered an hour ago for pickup. They argued with me and told me that I did not, they just got the order. I informed them I have the emails to prove that I did place the order an hour ago. They informed me that I "ordered 6 sandwiches and it'll take them a minute because they just started on my order." I told them that's why I ordered ahead of time so it'd be ready by the time I got here. They continued to argue with me telling me that I did not place my order until a few minutes ago.
I do not appreciate being called a liar when I clearly have the emails from Subway to prove it.
