This is such a quiet, beautiful park. Very peaceful. The park is very clean. It is located in La Mesa/ Grossmont area, I believe. There's a playground with clean bathrooms. No soap dispenser in the men's bathroom, though, which is weird because why even have a sink if you can't actually wash your hands. But not a deal breaker at all for this park. There's food places nearby. Very good place for a nice picnic with the family. Nice flower section. Lots, and I mean lots of shade at this park. It's not a massive park by any means. But it is a nice beautiful park with lots of nice lush green grass. I highly recommend you take the family there. For more on the places I go, be sure to follow my Instagram @Manbehindalens and follow my Google Maps as I'll be posting many more places. So feel free to ask any questions.

This cute flower power nature-themed playground packs a small punch. Your kids will enjoy the bouncing back and fourth between the spinner and rolling down the grassy hills with their siblings or new friends at the park. If that’s not enough to make them dizzy. Let them go on the two smaller flower spinner too. A few things to know during the weekday afternoons there’s an after-school program that occupies a section off the grass area, but most times they stay off the playground and do their own thing. So, don’t feel discouraged when you pull up at the park and see a lot of action going on. Let me know what y’all think oh by the ways Partly shaded, picnic tables, stroller friendly, Walking and jogging path, restroom available, small parking lot, leashes dogs allowed

Playground: Relatively new, one small main structure. The flooring is rubber. There was full shade from the mature trees at 9am on two benches, with lots of other seating around the playground. My toddler had a lot of fun. Bathrooms: Men’s and women’s, one open stall which was clean and well lit. Parking: Right next to the park in a free parking lot. Location: Neighborhood park. Safety: No unhoused, no trash on the playground. Lots of mosquitoes- there must be some standing water nearby because I had multiple mosquito bites despite it being mid morning.

Very poor vibes and as a visitor to California would never visit this place again. Nothing but a small park with cops waiting to harass people trying to enjoy there city and outdoors is sick and a disgrace. Really it's a problem when a out of state visitor pulls in, just to be treated like a criminal. Definitely filing harassment complaints against the la mesa police dept too. What a bad experience and horrible impression to visitors. They should be ashamed of themselves paying police to just harass people there when theres real crime in this disgusting city of la mesa or san diego. Was harrassed for bringing my dog for a walk to a park really??? Sick as can be cops what a waste of manpower and money but I guess that's why this town...
