I have been coming to this salon since the very first day it opened, and I can say without hesitation that it has been nothing short of exceptional every single visit. From the beginning, Joy has set the standard for what true professionalism looks like. She greets you with warmth, listens with genuine care, and somehow always manages to exceed expectations.

Her attention to detail is second to none; whether it’s a simple trim or a complete transformation, she treats every appointment like a masterpiece in the making. Nothing is rushed, nothing is overlooked. She has an incredible eye and the patience to make sure every detail is flawless.

What keeps me coming back year after year, though, is her eagerness to please her clients. She doesn’t just want you to like your hair; she wants you to love it. She checks in constantly, offers thoughtful suggestions, and won’t stop until you walk out the door with a smile that matches the shine in your hair.

After all this time, I can honestly say I would never trust anyone else with my hair. She has built not just a salon, but an experience that makes you feel valued, cared for, and absolutely fabulous every single time. This salon is more than five stars ! It’s in a league...

I am so incredibly happy for Joy and her amazing team at Motley! Joy has been cutting my hair for the past few years, and yesterday I was able to visit her salon! First, logistically it's a great location (close to the parkway, easy parking, other great shops if you have errands to run) and her studio space is so relaxing and fresh. Joy has a great skill at listening to her clients to customize your hairstyle to meet your preferences. I have such a hard time putting my hair needs in words, but Joy has continuously been a great listener and expert stylist. Now that she owns her own salon, she's been able to hire a team that meets her high level of customer service and expertise. The salon's prices are very fair and they have accommodations for a range of clientele. I highly recommend...
