We were overjoyed to happen upon Humble cow yesterday for the first time!

We were headed to Cabelas after a fun weekend in Seabrook, when we saw the adorable cow logo and ICE CREAM! It called our name and we were so surprised to see gf + df waffle cones!!! We couldn’t believe it. My 11 year old & I haven’t had one since he was 4.5 years old. My 6 year old & 3 year old have never experienced one til now.

We also couldn’t believe there were EIGHT dairy free/vegan options. 6 also being gluten free (we needed both) We have a couple of ice cream shops that we frequent that have a couple options at a time. Often they’re generic options and it’s rare that my kids get to actually stand at an ice cream counter and press their noses against the glass & oooh & ahhh about the safe options available to them.

It was truly such a special experience for them all around. Two of my boys didn’t realize a waffle cone was available (because when had it ever been?!) , and once they saw ours wanted one of their own. The kind young man that was working the counter made them warm & fresh for them.

I almost brought a pint home, and the only reason I didn’t is I want to go back with the family again soon. The flavors & consistency were perfect. The shop is so cute and the staff was friendly. THANK YOU for giving us allergy families something to look forward to and enjoy. My son was commenting how he felt like a normal kid getting to order an ice cream cone and pick from multiple flavors.

Also we really appreciate that you have the vegan flavors in a separate case. It took away the anxiety when ordering. I have an anaphylactic mammal allergy (alpha gal) and am extremely sensitive to cross contamination. I fully enjoyed myself without a single symptom....

It's really well decorated and cozy inside and the service is wonderful. It's my second time at Humble Cow, first time at this location. Like my first time I left feeling like the flavors and texture of the ice cream were sometimes amazing, and sometimes underwhelming. The lemon blueberry is perfect. Great flavor, creamy texture. Same with the seasonal candy cane lane, and a few others I tried. But the coffee ice cream was weak and gritty with ice and the coconut cream, for example, barely had a coconut flavor. The eggnog was disagreeable to all of us. I tried pretty much all of the flavors, save for the non-dairy, among us, and I think consistency between each of them was the only drawback. The other people I was with had a similar experience. I really want to like this place more. I still recommend it to anyone who loves ice cream, just try some samples...

Absolutely love The Humble Cow! The ice cream is incredibly creamy and rich! Truly some of the best I've ever had. I always look forward to their special flavors of the month; they’re so creative and unique, making each visit a new experience.

The shop is always bustling, which is a great sign, but the staff are so friendly and welcoming, making you feel right at home. The place is spotless and inviting, with a cozy atmosphere. I especially enjoy their back patio. It’s perfectly shaded and cool, a great spot to relax and enjoy your treat on a warm day.

Definitely a local favorite and a must-visit for anyone craving delicious, high-quality ice cream....

Absolutely delicious! I was initially hesitant to try the lavender honey ice cream, but it completely won me over—it's incredibly flavorful and unique. I ended up going with a double scoop of lavender honey and strawberry in a freshly made waffle cone, and it was perfection. My daughter chose a double scoop of cookie dough and birthday cake, while my son went with a double scoop of birthday cake in a cup—everyone left happy. Each visit, we're warmly welcomed with samples, and the service is always top-notch. A true gem!

Why is there a line in this place? I don't get it. Our server had a pained look on her face. Not friendly or even there. The cashier, however, was perky enough. I hesitated between coconut cream & coffee latte ice cream. Went with coconut cream, instantly regretted it. I could taste neither coconut nor cream. Maybe a vague pass through vanilla. Nothing to write home about. Maybe some flavors appeal to the younger set that are into birthday & sprinkles, as well as a dairy-free selection. Beats me.
