Mattress Firm Lacey — Hotel in Lacey

My husband and I have been shopping for a new mattress, mostly wanting the “ split” mattresses, so my husband and I can have different elevations for sleeping. Walking into Mattress Firm, we were warmly greeted by Dennis. He took time to find out how much we were willing to spend, and set out to find us the perfect mattress we both would love. He spent a lot of time with us explaining all the features and which mattresses would be better for our health needs. We learned so much that afternoon! Dennis called different Mattress Firm showrooms to get the mattress we needed and gave us a fantastic deal. And, which is the best part, we get our new mattress delivered the next day! Thank you Dennis, it was a great experience!

Update: Although our shopping experience was just as I described above, the mattresses is completely a different issue. We have the King size bed with 2 twin mattresses model. If I had the chance to do it over again, I would never buy this bed. The comfort level in the mattresses is ok, the issue is keeping the fitted sheets on the bed. As suggested, I have the fitted mattress cover, corner suspenders, and the deep pocket sheets. Nothing will keep the corners from popping off when you raise up the bed to a sitting position. While raised up, I have to pull the sheet corners down each time I sit down. When I lower the bed to the flat position, I have to pull the sheet corners back on the mattress again. During the night, the sheet corners will pop off whenever we move around in our sleep. When washing our sheets, the suspenders have to removed and reattached , which takes awhile since I have to fiddle with it trying to get it on in the right spot. It sounds like a small issue, but having wake up and put your sheet back on in the middle of the night or waking up with the fitted sheet off almost EVERY night is frustrating. The entire experience was seamless, enjoyable, low pressure, helpful and worth recommending. The sales lady knew her stuff and gave us history and background on about everything we asked. If I had created notions in advance about what I wanted in a mattress shopping experience they would have been exceeded on our visit to Mattress Firm.

We decided to stop in to the store while we were shopping at Home Depot. We did this on a whim but had been considering a mattress for some time. We were warmly greeted when we walked in and a few gentle probing questions about what we were looking for were asked. We indicated that we had done some mattress shopping before but we're just browsing to see what was here. We were particularly interested in the Chatham & Wells line of mattresses which only Mattress Firm carries.

Chattam & Wells is a high-end mattress line that is made by Spring Air. You don't hear much about Spring Air up in our area though they did used to have a factory here. These mattresses that they make under the Chattam & Wells name are top notch and I don't think you will find anything better that has an inner-spring design. We looked at these and all the others to compare and kept coming back to Chattam & Wells.

We decided on a king version we wanted but the price was high for what we wanted to spend. She offered us a deal in getting a King for the price of a Queen. Then offered 48 months no interest. This was enticing. We asked about floor models and outlet. She checked outlet offerings and there happened to be one locally in Sumner. It was also at a great price. As someone who just recently moved from the eastern middle of the states. My experience has been extremely stressful and too a point where I felt stretched thin. However Upon arrival to this location we were actually greeted by tyesha. She was attending another customer at the time. We didnt wait long at all. Smiles all around it felt very welcoming here. It really set a better example than places we’ve visited before this location. Ty was extremely respectful, intentive and helpful. We already knew sort of what were looking for and she made the process that much easier for us. We still had to unpack and come back to get the matress. She was very understanding of our situation. we made it quick and she went the extra mile to stay little after if we couldn’t make it in time before closing . It’s very hard to find people who are willing to offer their services little bit after hours. The extent of gratitude to tyesha for helping assist us in finding our mattresses and frame as well as the lovely conversation we had. I would recommend this location out of all the other ones. You will find that hospitality is very welcome here. If i ever need another bed in the near future I would shop here again.
