Just very disappointed with the whole process and no paperwork. All I signed was one paper that says that they delivered it to me. I did not receive a copy that’s my mistake. Scott finally told me that there was a no return policy and because I signed that delivery contract agreed that was all they needed. I called them 4 times prior to the discovery of the no return policy with no phone call being returned Because I’m handicap I could only talk to them over the phone that could’ve been my big mistake.

If you have a bad back, I will suggest a lumbar support. Definitely not from here, very expensive much cheaper online and with the no return policy, you’re stuck with a big purchase and no Guarantee. The staff & deliver people were very nice & friendly, of course they desire to sell you a mattress. The quality of mattress I bought had 800 coils, was queen sized, felt firm enough when lying on the mattress in the store, so I bought one, & a low profile box spring. After JUST 5 months you could feel the coils hitting my spine. Very disappointed in the quality, the price was $700.00 I didn't think to ask about a warranty, just thought one would come with it. Initially everything was fine. I purchased a Kingsdown dual firmness mattress, blue/green. I was delivered a Kingsdown dual firmness mattress, blue/gold. When I called about it I was told the sales associate had gone in and changed my order to the blue/gold one because the Bed Match machine said I needed a gold firmness level. I have talked to the sales associate twice, the manager once on the phone and once by email. The manager said they don't understand how they are in the wrong here.
