7 Brew Coffee — Restaurant in Lafayette

I went through the drive-through and the last 3 times my drinks were made wrong. The teenage kids that are working at 7 Brew are so worried about playing and dancing and who likes who they can not make or take the order correctly! I had to send my drinks back 3x because she would not listen to me and make the drink correctly. She proceeded to argue with me about what the guy who took the order had taken down. I was holding a picture of the drink that I was trying to order. I told her he had taken the order wrong and was trying to rush. So that’s why it’s not right on there. She gets an attitude and takes off back inside. I finally said if you listen to me you can go in there and have it made correctly this time. She hands it to me and it’s still not the correct drink. Do better 7 brews. And Yawl stop going to this location till they can get it right. I hate bad customer service. The drink was also overflowing because they were taught to keep using the drink they made and add to it. We had to pull over and pour some out...

No cars in line as I pulled up around 5pm- rarely happens! My window was already rolled down as I drove around and I heard the workers arguing about who was going to come and take my order. One of them wanted to make a drink for themself they said. The one that did come over was very friendly. As my drinks were brought out (ordered one of the monthly features - orange sherbet milkshake) it looked pink. I asked for clarification as to if it was the correct order and it was orange sherbet and without hesitation the worker told me yes. I passed it back to my kid and drove off. Turns out, it was not orange, it was strawberry. Luckily my kid isn’t picky, and drank it. I checked it- tastes great. Well made. But it’s just frustrating, especially when they...

I love 7brew but OMG the wait is ridiculous. One line will be moving faster and they’ll just let customers Who have been waiting longer, sit there forever without taking their order instead of alternating lanes, then they expect a tip. I literally just waited in line for 25 minutes, watching 5-10 cars get helped out and not being able to switch lanes, all while the other workers stood inside chatting it up instead of helping with orders. The girl on the other lane looked me in the eye and still didn’t go help!!! I know they can because they alternate lanes at other 7brew locations to prevent this from happening. Also, the one kid in my lane would take one order and go wait for the drink inside instead of taking several orders To at least get them...
