This is a Penn Station, you should know what to expect as far as the food is concerned. I was satisfied, the sandwich and fries turned out just as desired.
What I have to say was pleasantly surprising, and had my wife and I talking about the rest of the day, was how wonderful the customer service was!! Every customer walking was greeted very energetically, and treated as if they were special. It wasn't just that, but hearing the staff talk with each other when they were not helping customers; they were happy, polite, and always giving each other kudos. It was a positive uplifting environment. Left a smile on our faces for hours!!
