I am changing my review. I just spoke to Dylan. We bought a new Ashley loveseat with console on Friday. We picked it up in the box at the warehouse. After getting it home, a few days later I found several staples in and poking through the upholstery. I was offered a replacement of the defective console and one side of the recliner. Basically it would be deconstructed in my home, two of three pieces replaced, and someone from the store would be rebuilding my furniture in my living room. I asked for a replacement since two of three pieces are defective. Dylan wants me to load this thing up, deliver it back to the store, and pick up a replacement. By no fault of mine, this furniture is defective and they want to charge me $99.00 to bring a replacement. I was told the owner, who is above Dylan, does not deal with day to day operations so there is no recourse. This is not acceptable customer service. I have purchased from WCC several times. I will never purchase from them again and advise everyone to go elsewhere even if it costs you a little more. I would give them a zero if I could. I changed my review to 3 stars only because I spoke with the store manager, Jamie, and she sent out a new loveseat and took back the defective one. Thank you Jamie. The new one still has a couple staples through the upholstery, but they are not visible, and hopefully the material will not tear...

He did extremely well listening, and immediately knew exactly which item I should purchase and gave me an extremely good price. He wasted no time and was not pushy or aggressive in anyway he did a great job and I would recommend that anyone that goes to this furniture store ask for him because he doesnāt try to sell you things you donāt need or canāt afford nor is he aggressive in his sales techniques? he handled his business like a gentleman and expeditiously I was in and out of the store within 10 minutes and the crew that was loading the item that I purchased was more than helpful and did a great job they had me in and out of the loading area in less than five minutes with the item tied down in the back of the vehicle. I appreciate their hard work, and everyone seem to know their jobs quite well there was not one instance in those maximum of 15 minutes at that store any uncomfortable feeling whatsoever they made me feel comfortable welcome, and I was very appreciative of their professionalism. She greeted us with a friendly hello and ask what can she do to help. After telling her what I was looking for ,which was a living room set. We began to browse the furniture around the store. I use a roll Walker due to a back injury. Brandi took her time and explained everything to me. She took her time and helped in picking out pieces for me. To say I changed my mind 50 million times is an understatement. However Brandi what's so patient with me, especially being that I walk slower due to my back injury. There were times I had to sit down and I never seen a frown on her face ,because I was taking up too much time nor did she seem impatient. For me that spoke volumes of her character and her professionalism. I finally decided only three piece set, with beautiful centerpiece table. I am very happy with what I chose. My experience at WCC was NOTHING SHORT THAN AMAZING! IF YOU CHOOSE TO GO TO WCC FURNITURE AND YOU RUN INTO BRANDI, JUST KNOW ONE THING ,YOU'RE IN FOR THE BEST EXPERIENCE OF A LIFETIME AND YOU'RE IN VERY GOOD HANDS!
