I wasn't sure if I should give 3 or 4 stars here but went with 4 because my kiddo does seem to love it. It my opinion, it's just okay. There are many things that either don't work (need maintenance) or are missing objects so the experience is less fun or incomplete. Things are really crammed together in there and it feels very chaotic when even slightly busy. Honestly, it could use a really good cleaning. I bring my 2 year old here every few couple of months and she gets sick EVERY time we go. Also, there are many kids left unsupervised while parents sit on laptaps/phones in the snack area. That really sucks because some bigger kids are hitting/pushing/throwing and there doesn't seem to be anyone around to correct the behavior. It's a bummer for the kids who are behaving and the parents who are actively engaged. The stage and dress-up area are really wasting space. They could be easily combined. Then there would be more space for other things. Maybe a water feature would be nice there? Good things: The new doctors office is great addition. My daughter really enjoyed playing there repeatedly. There is great selection of healthy snacks available. The music and light room is a fun place to explore. Go and give this place a visit, your kids will love it. But don't expect...
Read moreThis place was a really fun hangout for my daughter. It was filled with adventure for kiddos from toddlers through elementary school. I went with my mother in law and my 2 year old daughter. My daughter's face lit up the second we walked through the door. We stayed for a few hours. There was plenty to do. They even have an area to sit and have lunch inside and out. You bring your own food. They do not have a place to order food, but I loved being able to make a picnic and bring it. There is limited parking on site but the building is situated between a block neighborhoods and there is plenty of close parking. The only complaint, or rather thing I did not care for was how extremely busy they were. But that is to be expected during the summer while everyone is out of school. It is a little messy but with as many kids as there were there, it would be impossible to keep it organized during business hours. Imagine a toy factory exploded. I think that adds to it more though because my daughter was in heaven. We will definitely be back. I'd like to try and come when it isn't so busy, maybe during the school season. The picture is of my daughter riding the little car ride they have. You don't have to pay for them to ride, so the rides...
Read moreWe had a birthday party here. We were told to come in early to set up. The party started at 5:30, we arrived at 4:30 to set up. Kenna immediately told us we had to leave and come back at 5 (after we were told we could come in early to set up). I told her we wouldn’t have enough time to set up before the party if that was the case. After a lot of eye rolling and rude glances she let us go back with the warning that they “wouldn’t help us set up since we are early”. I asked what type of setting up they do and she mentioned setting the chairs out…. That was it. I asked if the room was clean and she said it’s always clean they clean it early morning and it’s clean all day. We got to the room. It wasn’t cleaned at all. Another employee who was lovely swept and wiped the tables down and set up the chairs while my mother and I set up. Even with the hour we did not have enough time to set up. If we had to leave and come back nothing wouldn’t been done. It was messy, lacking communication and downright rude. It ruined my entire taste of WOW and we’ve been members for years. I gave it two stars because every other employee was wonderful. So...
