I've been a longtime customer of Navarra's Jewelry. I became one when I was a child. This is true! My sisters and I have pieces of jewelry given to us by our parents. We still wear them today. They are both precious and sentimental! Growing up a giftwrapped box from Navarra's for a birthday, Christmas or graduation was cause in itself for a celebration! This place is fast, the people are pleasant and the prices are fair and they do their work in house! I brought my wedding band and engagement ring to be soldered. Drop off took about 5mins total; the lady asked what I wanted done, wrote my ticket, handed it to me and said it'd be ready in about a week. I brought it in on a Tuesday and it was ready on the 8th day. The band was a bit worn and scratched and upon picking it up, it looked brand new. Which was amazing! I gave 4 stars only because the jeweler didn't tell me the price when I brought the ring in..more positives than negatives, I'd visit again nonetheless. I called to see if I could get a Pendant put on a different chain and was told over the phone sure bring it in. So I stopped in today and the sales person took the item back to the jeweler and I had a question about some additional items. The Jeweler basically came out nearly throwing the items back at me saying I don't work on internet jewelry...

I was looking at a beautiful ring to purchase but after being treated so rudely I would never go back and I will share my experience with everyone I know.

This was such a horrible experience maybe that is why people are buying on line so they don't have to deal with such a rude person.
