Chastain Jewelers — Attraction in Lake City

They’re nice people but they seem to not all be on the same page with time frames on how long it takes to order a ring and have it delivered. With the engagement ring they said it’d be back by one day but didn’t get it in until about 1-2 weeks later I can’t exactly remember so that’s not my main complaint. Now with the wedding band I was told it would be shipped between 10/27 - 10/29 and it takes 2 days to be delivered so it would be there 11/1 or 11/4. I called on 11/1 for an update and they said it won’t be shipped until later this month around 11/27 and they weren’t sure why someone told me it was going to ship earlier. But they put a “rush” on it which I doubt will help anything. Won’t be buying anything else from them unless I can walk out the same...

I used to live in lake city and eventually moved to Tennessee. When my boyfriend popped the question he said I could go to any store and pick out whatever ring I wanted. The first place to come to mind was Chastains. Why? Because they aren’t a chain brand which means I’m not going to be walking around with the same ring as someone else. The staff there is incredible, I don’t them what I was looking for and found a ring that was made for me (that’s why it felt like anyway). My Mom needed a necklace mended for my Dad as part of their 50th wedding anniversary. Mom called first to ensure they was on site repair (which there is!) and so she took off with the broken necklace. She was initially told it would be 2-3 weeks for the repair. She told the jeweler about her plan to surprise my Dad with it for their anniversary and she needed it much quicker than that.
