Lake City Mall — Attraction in Lake City

This is a small mall but is thankful to have it nearby. The Lake City Mall has your basic stories, which most of the time we find what we need. We like shopping at TJ Maxx, Belks and Bath and Body Works. The mall does offer a couple of shoe stores and jewelry stores with great options.

This visit we went to eat at Piesanos, and I needed a few makeup items from Belks, so I decided to walk around the mall a bit and do a little school shopping.

TJ Maxx is always nice to browse around. You never know what you will find. They usually have a great clearance section. I like the leather conditioner for your furniture. It's usually in the clearance section. Great stuff for your leather furniture.

Shoe Dept. Encore was my next stop and found 2 pairs of school shoes for my 10 yr old son for $78. They have a limited selection for boys but still were able to find something he would like. They had a lot of good sales.

Belks is one of my favorite stores. Love their cloths options, home decor, clearance, and Clinique makeup. I love Clinique Foundation and Faces Cream. I have sensitive skin, and this makeup or product line does not irritate my skin. Plus, I love taking advantage of the free products. The only drawback to getting the free products is that you have to purchase the products and wait until the end of the month to pick up the product and free samples. But overall, that isn't much of an issue.

We like going to this mall because it has what you need but it is not overcrowded. The employees throughout the mall are friendly...

Enjoyed our dinner at ole times buffet, however we are in a semi truck. After failing to find a phone number for mall security on web page, we tried mall management, to see if we could park there. Could not reach anyone at 5:15. Called restaurant and was advised we could. So we pulled in by Penny's and didn't notice any signs saying no overnight parking. So we parked in Penny's lot making sure we didn't block. We had dinner and returned to our truck planning on some last minute shopping in the morning. Come 10PM an overzealous mall security person knocked on window and advised me that we weren't allowed to park there and that we Didnt ask him. He did provide us with options. So I will do my shopping somewhere where they appreciate the drivers that bring everything in their...

ZERO STARS! Not trucker friendly!!

They don't mind taking our money & not to mention EVERY PIECE OF STOCK IN THAT MALL... comes off a truck - somehow, someway. But when we tried to shut down there- we were told to leave... cause they don't want us "attracting other trucks". How very hypocritical.

We were parked in the very back of the mall in a little side graveled area... not taking up any customer parking areas. We even ate dinner at the buffet place. But we can't shut down here after spending money inside?

We never leave trash behind, never tear anything up... we just wanted a place to sleep.

Y'all are rude! I hope to see y'all completely closed down next time we come to this area- would serve y'all right... for biting the very hands that...
