T.J. Maxx — Attraction in Lake City

ATTENTION TJ MAXX SHOPPERS: APPARENTLY YOU’RE NOT ALLOWED TO SIT ON THE CHAIRS.

Maybe the manager shouldn’t hire employees that deter customers away. You lost a $50+ sale due to your employee that told us we could not sit on a chair. I’m not going to buy a chair unless I’m able to try it first to make sure it’s comfortable. I was harassed by this employee but he didn’t bother to tell my fiancé or another man that was sitting on a chair that they cannot sit on the furniture. I was discriminated against so I decided not to buy from this store.

Ridiculous to treat customers that way. Even if it were a store policy that you cannot sit on the chairs, maybe have signs up? Although, good luck selling them if customers cannot try them.

The male employee worked 5/28 evening shift as a merchandiser. He was a short older white male that wore glasses and probably still lives with his mum. Hope you replace him with an employee that doesn’t turn away your...

At first the manager was putting up carts and seemed agitated which made me feel unwelcome however there was about 30 minutes left before closing..I looked at luggage and then grabbed random clothes that caught my eye in a hurry and this man or associate was being reprimanded in front of me about a cart and he was polite and admitted he failed to put it up yet he took the time to assist me on men's department and told me last day for tax free shopping..WOW! He then helped me to make my final purchases in less than 7 minutes and I usually miss tax free week shopping every year for the past 18 years..lol! Not tonight he did not rush me and took the time to assist. I actually got off work early and decided to grab a few articles of clothing for my son..and it was a success! I will remember him..The demeanor he carried was above amd beyond..thanks TJMaxx for employing such...

Very nice place I found amazing deals and really nice clothes for my kids only thing I was disappointed about was that they didn't have a maternity section I'm pregnant and they said they had it in with other clothes if there is any maternity clothes so I would have to go through all the shirts to find maternity shirts if there is any a mess a couple different sections you don't know if it's in the petite section the lady section the teenage section LOL you never know. I'm glad I went to this store because after I went to the store went to another store and found everything that I needed and it had a great price on all the items that I needed I was able to get a bunch of stuff that you wouldn't have been able to get...
