The man at the register was very rude, had a bad attitude , and was simply unfit to work customer service. This is the worst customer service I have experienced especially at Lululemon since I'm a long time customer. I didn't want to think that this treatment was racial in any form however after looking at the bad reviews this goes to prove that this store has a culture which is to have a demeaning approach towards anyone that doesn't fit the demographic for the area. The person that assisted me was also a minority but he complied with the stores expectation which is clearly to belittle minorities. I was disgusted by his approach, he never once listened or acknowledged any of the requests I had and was very negative and rude since the second I walked in the store. His behavior will not go unnoticed and I have made sure to escalate the situation to the highest level. The fact that this is an ongoing problem at this store and no one has gotten repramanded for the abuse that customers receive is not ok. This lead woman was terrible.... unhelpful, unwilling and rude - dark long hair, probably early 60s. I really couldn't tell you the last time I was treated so poorly in a store. I couldn't get a word in with her just yelling "we can't do anything, nope nothing, nothing we can do, can't touch it, not a thing". If you can't provide customer service, don't be in the industry.
