The only reason I give two stars is because I had a great experience at the other location. Came this afternoon it was pretty empty, no one else in line. Took a minute for the girl to come help us at the cash register as she was talking to her co workers. No big deal. She comes over, stands in front of the register, looks right at us and then continues to talk to her co worked for another 10 seconds before greeting us. We both ordered pretty simple lattes with oat milk. The drinks were disgusting. It was all oat milk, no coffee. Took 3 sips and was done with it. The worst part is even as the same girl was handing us our drinks she was still chatting with her co workers. I don't care if you do that, but at least make the drinks right. If you do that, I don't mind the conversation. Could have gotten better coffee at Dunkin' Donuts...

I went here yesterday, I have only been once before. The first time I went here, I remember enjoying my drink I had. When I went yesterday, I forgot the drink I had previously since it had been a couple years. I asked the barista (a young woman, I don't remember her name) to recommend a drink that was an iced coffee but still sweet. She was happy to help me and said I should try the Vanilla twist, but that if I didn't like it she could always change the drink for me. My favorite place to work in peace, aside libraries. Staff is good, place is large enough that it never feels that you are getting in someone’s way, they do not frown upon you eating your own food as long as you get something from there. Other than the bakery items, I have not liked the food. But I love their coffee- have been trying their flavored latte down the list and so far caramel is my favorite. Price is really good too and they give 10c off if you get your own cup. A lot of charging ports and communal table means that you always have space to sit even if it’s busy, which it is...
