I’m not sorry to be writing this review. I can’t believe a company like this is in business. We had to postpone our party because our son got admitted to the hospital. There’s nothing we could’ve done to go on with the party. It’s not like we did it on purpose. We asked if we could choose a future date, and after talking with three different people, including a supervisor, the end result was us having to pay an ADDITIONAL $100 to reschedule on top of the $200 deposit we had already put down. Really? Wow. Talk about having zero empathy and zero customer service. Their food is also terrible. We had gone to a party a few weeks ago and it was Subway sandwiches and Papa John’s pizza. When we had originally booked, they said it was Mountain Mike’s pizza, which is better than Papa John’s in my opinion. We were deceived because they had changed it a month ago and we had no idea. They also upcharge up the butt for the food. $400 for Subway sandwiches and Papa John’s pizza? Seriously? They should get better food options. They also charge you for bringing kids juices. They also charge you $75 per tray if you bring your own food. We ended up booking a place a minute away to have our dinner instead, and they were super nice and accommodating. They also didn’t charge us a dime for canceling on them a few days prior because our son got admitted to the hospital. If you haven’t caught the drift yet, these people nickel and dime for everything. We plan on never coming back here again, and we plan on forfeiting our $200. We regret booking this place. We were supposed to have my kids 5th birthday party here. My son was admitted to the hospital two days before his party. I emailed them to ask if we could reschedule. They said we could, but there was $100 rescheduling fee. I couldn't believe their cold hearted response, so I called back and spoke to a supervisor. He echoed the same response that there would be a $100 rescheduling fee and he was simply enforcing the rules, but he would ask the owner to see if an exception could be made. I received a response later that day, and he was more empathetic than whoever responded to my email the first time around, but the follow up email from him was still a no after speaking to the owner. We decided that we would no longer be spending any additional money (forfeiting our $200 deposit) to a place that runs this way and will be letting all of our friends and family to think twice about having any birthday parties here. We were at a birthday party and few weeks prior and not impressed with their facilities. The equipment is old, has holes in the jump houses, and the 2nd room is super cramped and makes you feel claustrophobic. We also felt pretty rushed in the party room. Also, they basically force you to buy their overpriced pizza (Papa Johns) and sandwiches (Subway). If you want to bring your own food, they charge you $75 per tray and $20 to bring in kids drinks? If you want a place that will nickel and dime you and has zero empathy for any situation that you might encounter, this is the place for you....

New Review 12/14/2024 We loved coming here and we love how we can celebrate in our own space with our own children and party. The only down fall was the party room host Rachel I believe her name was she was rude to me rude to my guest she just stared at everyone and shoved a couple of my guest didn’t have any manners. The male host for our jumping time he had a wonderful personality very welcoming and bubbly with the kids.

Old Review: Haven’t been here since I was a kid myself. Planned my daughter’s birthday party here and it was definitely worth every dollar spent. Little to no stress about all the seeing up I was able to enjoy the party with my family until the very last minute. I just have one hiccup and that is the fees most of the time we don’t read what we’re signing but they charge $75 for gratuity for 15 kids minimum no matter what! And in the end the girl that was in the last room for the food and burger singing she seemed very rushed and didn’t communicate things like ok we’re going to sing happy birthday but the cake etc she just did everything in her timing and her convenience.
