EDITING MY REVIEW A YEAR LATER AFTER BEING THERE MULTIPLE TIMES: The fees have not changed but our whole family has gone multiple times. Staff is very friendly and nice to the kids. The Manager (or Supervisor not sure of her title) that is usually on shift is very kind and understanding. Facility is nice and clean. It's not hot in there even for the middle of summer. Food and beverage choices are good. We always look forward to going back!
This is the old review I made the 1st time being there: Husband and kids (3 and 9) had a lot of fun! Only giving three stars because there are a lot of little fees you still have to pay even if you are not jumping. I had my 1 year old with me and to use the little toddler play area I would of had to pay $10 plus socks and in order to go on deck just to watch your kids it is $3 plus socks. We've been to a lot of trampoline parks and I've never had to pay just to spectate and follow my kids around to make sure...
Read moreDon’t get me wrong havasu definitely needed this! It’s reasonably priced compared to most trampoline parks we’ve been too. The only issues I have is we came 12/10 at 2PM and couple younger guys who they have watching over the kids are just rude. They have to understand some kids are 3 years old. My daughter is learning. They constantly told us only 1 person per trampoline, even if my kiddo barely touched my trampoline. Then I could not handle it anymore after he told my daughter to get up twice after she is exhausted and it took her a few seconds to get up from falling. SHES 3 BRO! I finally told him that’s she 3 and give her a break they are kids. He giggled and said “alright bro” and then started laughing with his other coworker. We want to continue coming and just hope they get a lesson on respect, it was a group of us and a few other parents felt the same...
Read moreWe’ve been coming for a few weeks on Saturdays so my kids could get their 2 hour jump for their memberships and then do the glow night from 6-9. Their favorite thing here is the glow night. We were out of town last Saturday when they changed the age limits for the glow night and did not let their members know until getting there. No email or text to let us know of the change. No warning at all, even the week before. We drive an hour to get her, but when coming today we were turned away. We were told they could play on the toddler play set but they're too big for that since it’s posted for only for five year olds and under 42inches. Now we’re stuck in a membership that we can’t fully use. We will be canceling our memberships as...
