JCPenney — Local services in Lake Havasu City

Amazing Selection of goods! This particular store has really stepped up their selection and quality in the clothing that they're offering. I just took my Granddaughter there to get school clothes. She wears a size 16 Girls. It's usually difficult to find her clothing that looks nice and fits right. They had a large selection and we really loved their new selection of Roxy clothes. They also had many nice formal girls dresses to choose from. Most of all, the sales clerk, cashier and Manager whom I've seen many other times while shopping here were all very helpful. They are just genuinely nice people who go out of their way to make sure that you have a good shopping experience. My husband went with and found two really nice dress shirts. He was in awe of their newest larger selection of men's clothes. We would have stayed longer but they were closing. We got two coupons that gave us a total of 30% off. We got lots of high quality girls clothes for $240 including tax. Clothing prices have gone up like everything else so I thought this was a great deal. I have one happy Granddaughter ready to start this school...

When there are she's and coupons I shop at JCPennys. There aren't many places to buy clothes in Havasu. I can never find clothes for my 10 year old daughter. There aren't enough options in her size. I like that Sephora is in Penny's. I've been ripped off for my reward points many times so I don't use my Penny's credit card anymore. I've called about not getting my rewards and I was told they were given to me and expired but every time I ask if I can use my points In told I don't have any. Was looking for Bed Sheets, none in site,so I tried looking for a sales person, no in spite on the floor. I finally started to leave the store, and said to my self I'll take a last chance and ask the girl behind the counter I was passing. She said they rearranged the store and were no longer stocking much bedding any more, there way back in the corner. Ok, that problem solved. I made my purchase and headed back across the store for the front door, and herd my name on the PA System. Please return to the bedding dept, you forgot you receipt. No, I didn't forget it, the clerk didn't bother to give it to me. Very poor service, and the ones that are working seem to want to hide from...
