Havasu Rocks — Attraction in Lake Havasu City

Such an amazing spot! This little shop is really something special. They were so kind when we brought in our rock-enthusiast toddlers, and even gave them a tour of the back where they cut the rocks (and broke open a geode so they could watch!) In the shop, you can pick from rocks that are polished or even in raw rough-cut form, as well as jewelry made by local rock hound club members. The prices are extremely good. You can get a whole little bag of rocks for the same price here that other places (the tourist traps) only give you one. You can find everything from fossils to Mohave turquoise to petrified wood here.

As a member of the gem club and a volunteer in our retail store, I am around something I love and that are so beautiful. When it gets cooler we, as a club will start our weekly field trips. Such and awesome place to visit and learn about rocks and minerals. The prices are absolutely amazing,and there's something for every price point,from 50 cents to 800+ they even have stones by the pound for 1 or 2 dollars a lb. Awesome customer service,answered any questions we had and we had alot of them haha. Great place to get a true Arizona souvenir or gift. I got this huge 3lb+ stunning dessert rose for $26 and a bunch or other minerals for a steal or a price. Can't stress enough how great...
