You will find that John is honest, hard-working, and extremely ethical. His service on my old laptop and getting me set up on a new one was above and beyond what I had expected. He took time to explain the situation with my old laptop, which was beyond usefulness for my needs. He then took the time to sit with me to help me understand better how to use my new laptop, and was extremely patient in ensuring I was able to use the tools I needed. Even though he had multiple customers come and go while I was there, he never made me feel like I was keeping him from something more important but rather made me feel like I was the only one that needed his time.
