BEWARE …….

On 4/29/23 they had a promotion…… $10 per month for 3 months unlimited washes. I signed up….. went a few times between 4/29 and 6/1….. went today(6/6) and they said my debit card expired…… I handed them my new debit card and they said now it was FULL PRICE…… so $40/month (because of the package I choose originally) and the cheapest package they have is $20/month. So instead of just updating my card info….. I lost the promotion…..

The manager said “if your card expires, it cancels your membership if you haven’t updated your card info when the next payment try’s to process.”

Moral of the story…..make sure your card doesn’t expire before your membership ends because if you got a deal…… you’ll lose it!

Buyer BEWARE! I went today to get a simple car wash and chose the Rookie for $10.00. My truck did not get clean and looked like it was just sprayed off with water. I went to the manager to ask him why the back of the truck was not touched at all and it looks like it was just rinsed. He said the rookie car wash does not guarantee a clean car and would not clean the truck again. He said that is their policy but when looking at all the signs no where does it say rookie car wash does NOT guarantee a clean car. Not very pleased with the quality of car wash. It doesn’t clean my car very well, especially the back. I was also very disappointed with the customer service. I sold my car the last day of my trial membership. I called the next day to cancel but was still charged $40 for the next month and didn’t even have my car anymore. They did not work with us at all.
