Penn station is my favorite sandwich place, & I love coming to this location specifically for its convenience, efficient service & the staff always make you feel welcomed & answer any questions you may have. I truly appreciate the way the team works well together, & they are always so accommodating to the customers with the friendliest service. The manager/owner Austin, has always given us the best service, & we will continue to use them for our catering for staff appreciation for many more times to come.
The turn around time even on short notice (sorry for that) is efficient, quick & they make sure they pay close attention to detail with our allergen & dietary needs. The food is always good, hot & never sloppily thrown together.
You can just tell that Austin is an awesome boss by the way he engages with his staff. The employees make you feel like an old time friend than a customer buying their product. Highly recommend. The inside is always so cleanly & put together which is a MUST when I go out to eat. First impressions to along way, & they exceed everyone’s expectations. Keep up the...
Read moreI visited this place during dinner time and was thoroughly disappointed by its cleanliness. Despite only one other customer being present, all the tables were dirty, with trash and gunk scattered on the floor and under the counters. It was clear that the establishment was not well-maintained.
Food safety was also a concern. The meat was left in a bowl outside the cooler between servings, likely exposing it to bacteria. What shocked me further was witnessing a girl, who was supposed to be cleaning the fridges, handling cheese for the sandwiches without gloves, while holding a wash rag. This lack of proper hygiene was quite disturbing.
Although the cook was friendly, the sandwich I received was dry and lacked flavor. The fries were poorly served, smushed into a cup and refusing to take any other shape when poured out.
Overall, I cannot recommend this place due to its extreme lack of cleanliness, questionable food handling, and subpar taste of the food. These issues need immediate attention from the management to maintain a good reputation in the...

I came in expecting a nice, quiet meal, but instead, I got dinner and a show—except I didn’t ask for the show. The employees were running around like unsupervised toddlers, roasting their poor coworker just for cleaning windows like a responsible adult. Every five minutes, they’d randomly burst into a chaotic rendition of “Happy Birthday” for literally no one. I don’t know if they were trying to summon a cake out of thin air, but it never worked.
Then came the ladder parade. First, a small step stool. Then a medium ladder. Then an absolute skyscraper of a ladder. Were they building something? Fixing something? Just showing off their ladder collection? No one knows.
Between the unnecessary birthday songs, window-shaming, and the ever-growing ladder display, my sandwich was the least interesting thing in the room. Would give zero stars if I could, but the...
