Buyer beware! I placed an order in SEPTEMBER, it is now February and I have yet to receive it. I contacted them multiple times and after multiple promises it would ship, it hasn’t. Literally have emails from them saying it’s going to ship next week and next week came and went. If you call, no one picks up. If you email, good luck on getting an answer promptly.
UPDATE (02/18/2025) - I left a comment on their Facebook page about my order not shipping and they blocked me. I finally heard back from Cole after informing that I contacted the city of Chicago's consumer protection department and filed a complaint with the Illinois State Attorney General's office. Literally within 4 minutes of my email I had a response back after not getting a response for DAYS.
UPDATE (02/19/2025) - I guess this my final update and I cannot state enough how much you should not order from this company. I finally filed a consumer dispute with the city and state. I informed Cole of this and within 5 minutes he responded. Finally today he sent me message claiming that they magically stopped offering work additions to previous purchased tiers and that the he left a note on the order that somehow his production studio missed twice. He also claims that because I disputed the purchase with American Express they canceled the order when it was still pending literally 24 hours ago and American Express said in their dispute notice that they as the vendor simply have to contact them and they would rebill me for the item.

Read moreI ordered the Seb Console from Archer Furniture on June 1st with a quoted delivery window of 4–6 weeks. After the window passed, I reached out and was met with excuse after excuse from Cole Mestrovich, the owner. Over several months, he repeatedly contradicted himself on the status of my order - claiming it was in production, then finished, then preparing to ship - but never provided tracking or proof of shipment.
When I finally requested a refund, he stopped responding entirely. It’s clear I’m not alone - their BBB rating has dropped to an F, and multiple customers report the same pattern of delays, false promises, and unfulfilled orders.
I’ve since filed a dispute with my bank to recover the funds. Archer Furniture appears to be either severely mismanaged or outright scamming customers. They advertise heavily on social media but fail to deliver on paid orders.

During the very very long wait time I visited their website, and there was almost always a sitewide 25% off “sale” with a countdown timer. I fell for it the first time I visited the site. My wife and I decided to purchase a few pieces (pricey!) given the 25% sale, with the countdown timer. Turns out, that 25% (with countdown timer) is virtually always active. So, there is no actual sale. You’re led to believe they’re offering a discount when in fact that’s just the regular price. Lies upon lies.
