He provided me with a few solutions including purchasing similar laptops at a reasonable price. When I hesitated, he resolved to swap out the integrated motherboard/CPU with one from one of his laptops for sale. He completed the job in a few hours. I was up and running like nothing had happened except for the fact I got a faster processor and newer screen out of it. I quickly realized that Sultan provided me a valuable service for a very fair price. Not only that, Sultan stands by his work and asked I let him know if I have any problems.

Let me start this review by saying how much I highly recommend him. He immediately asked about my computer issue when I walked into his shop, as I needed to repair my 2022 13-inch MacBook Pro with the M2 chip. I needed the computer screen repaired, as it broke when I put too much stuff in my bag, and it cracked under the pressure. He said he could get it done that day, and if not, the next morning. I had read previous reviews saying his rates were reasonable, and I can not agree more. He charged me around $300 for the repair, as other shops I had visited were charging $50 to $100 more. He even mentioned he had done so at a cheaper price. I paid, and he called the next morning, saying it was ready, so I went to pick it up. The computer screen looked great and as good as new. He was friendly and showed he cares about his work and his customers. If I ever need another computer repair or someone else close to me needs one, I will most definitely recommend...

I was told that I would be given a price before my computer was worked on and I was not. When I dropped it off I was told that I cannot have a receipt or any type of record that it was dropped off. I was called and told my computer is ready for pick up from a random number. When I tried to call the store phone number several times I never received an answer over a 2 day period. When I arrived to pick up my computer I was told that I owe $40 even though I never asked anyone to do any work to the computer. I asked what was wrong with it and what was done to it. The response was "yes yes it's fixed". Completely tried to brush me off. when I asked again to clarify what has been done to my computer I was told that it was reset.
