Constellation — Attraction in Lake View Township

So happy to have Constellation in the neighborhood! The partnership with Links Halls is genius and the space is much nicer than their old spot in Wrigleyville. It's easy to get to, the shows are awesome and the tickets are fairly affordable. I think the only thing keeping Constellation from being the best place to see live music in the city is their unfortunate bar. Last time I was there I ordered a hot toddy and the bar tender give me hot water with whiskey, thats all. When I asked for a tea bag since it obviously tasted awful, I got a scowl along with some green tea. So yeah, even with crap bartenders and drinks it still gets four stars but I would love to be able...

We saw another stunning performance here. The group Ronin were perhaps more solid than any other I had heard in year's! The comfortable tiered seating is a fabulous thing, especially if you have had multiple back surgeries like I have. I welcome those. A quaint performance hall, and the sound's were great! I really like this place. Extra-ordinarily talented musicians in a very casual environment makes this a very go-to place for live music .Yes, you can meet and mingle with the musicians! Having the bar there adds to the social, relaxing environment, and you can't beat the price! I am surprised the place doesn't sell out all the time!
