DO NOT do business with Vosges Chocolate unless you're OK with them retaining your personal information, treating you like a commodity, and marketing to you until the end of time. They have absolutely no respect for customer preferences or privacy. I regret ever placing an order as now they just won't stop sending me marketing, no matter how many requests I make to remove me from their system. At a time when retail is changing rapidly one can only hope companies like this – that seem more akin to cheap, smarmy car salesmen as opposed to so-called "luxury" chocolate makers – will go the way...
Read more3 orders placed at same time .The one was delivered in 3 day standard shipping to Ohio and she loves getting them every year.The other 2 orders both 2day air and took 7 days to get to Texas. With 3 days between packing date per insert.3 days and shipping was both on the same day 1 order sets ageing.The disappointment was 1 item has only 4 days left to use by was not able to gift that box.I'll keep getting my friend her chocolate but spending over 500 dollars to get late shipping and less than expected time to enjoy.I can't support that even though they are...
