BIBIBOP Asian Grill — Restaurant in Jefferson Township

I love BIBIBOP very much and was one of the first customers when this location opened and I’ve always had a great experience and have always recommended this place to others but today was different. Evelyn did not give good customer service, when I asked for rice she gave me very little, less then usual when I come here. Then when I asked for a little bit more she put a whole scoop of rice that I was not going to be able to finish, which was wasted. Then when she was putting the toppings on I didnt ask for kimchi and she added it to my dish and I told her I didn’t ask for kimchi and she picked it off my plate and put it back on the original entree. Then she wasted my dish that was already made and decided to make me a whole new bowl of food after she gave me a face, attitude and eye roll. When I just wanted my bowl made correctly and considerate of the way she was making it. I asked Daniel who was told to me was the manager, I asked him if I can know her name and he said he couldn’t give it to me. I asked why and he said “I just can’t give it to you” after today I would no longer recommend anyone to come here or let people know that this was a good restaurant location. Especially the side whisper from the other staffs. If Daniel was the manager he did a poor job of reprimanding his staff and allowing that type of behavior!!!

I was very excited when this location opened. I frequently go to the bubble tea spot next door. I attended on opening day for the Roscoe village location. I was one of the lucky winners to actually receive free bowls for a year. How amazing.

My review is based on going to this location at least 5 times. I have tried multiple bowls, Lemonade and even both types of cookies. This location is gluten-free and they actually make the cookies on-site. I would say my go to bowl is the steak bowl: Purple rice, sweet potato noodles, roasted broccoli, black beans, roast a potatoes, cold corn, kimchi, Cucumbers, Red cabbage and some sprinkle cheese. I also like to get my sauce on the side because I don't typically end up eating the whole bowl. On another occasion I deconstructed my bowl and made tacos out of it and that was also pretty tasty it was enough to do small tacos. My husband likes the steak with sesame ginger sauce.

The people that work at this locationj are very professional, Isee them put wash their hands &put on a fresh pair of gloves after they finish a transaction. They also serve a decent amount of food. The girls that work are always in a good mood and service is fast and friendly. :) The guys are also in a good mood and the service is fast and friendly;) I love that when I go there they have everything fresh and everything is in stock and if there’s a waiting time, it’s not more than 10 minutes and the cookies are amazing for dessert. I love that the food is gluten-free even the cookie! The price is just right for lunch or dinner! I enjoy dining in the dining room.,, is always clean and I enjoy the plants on the table.
