DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!! If we had the option to give no stars, I'd give 0 stars. They sell damaged items and don't help correct the issue. Bought a tiara for my daughter's upcoming 15s. The is broken at every point that should be welded together. We weren't even able to use to take pictures. I returned to ask for a REPLACEMENT, not my money, just replace their detached item. When I got there and owner saw me walk in with their bag in hand he walked to the back to hide. I presented the girl with the damaged item and said she could do nothing, called him over and he also said he can't do anything, even though he could see for himself that it cracked at the welded points. Do not waste your hard earned money for your special occasion here. I enjoy supporting small businesses, but places like this, make you regret it. Even the dress that I bought here was defective, but since I have experience sewing, I just fixed myself. I can't fix metal that cracked at the welding points. DO NOT SHOP...

New engaged here. Was walking thru the mall (Lakeland FL) and seen this store. Decided to walk in. Found a dress that I was interested in trying on only to be told that white dresses can be tried on by appointments only! REALLY? A MALL STORE IS APPOINTMENT ONLY??? I looked around the store and it was empty. the clerk said I can try on the same dress but it had to be a color other than white. She was unable to locate the same dress in my size and was unwilling to accommodate trying on the white dress. How does this make any sense? This is not a boutique catering to higher class market. It's a store that people randomly stop in while shopping at the mall. Designers are not high end and everything is imported from China. Apparently this store is not looking at making revenue and has formed bad practices to compensate for being lazy. I wonder if they tore to stay open since it was like a Sanaa in the store. I recently purchased my dress from here. The young lady assisting me, from my initial call to the moment I left the store, was incredibly helpful and patient. She guided me through the selection process and provided valuable insights into choosing the perfect dress. However, my experience took a turn when it came to the store's policy regarding makeup and trying on dresses. Unfortunately, this policy was not communicated to me beforehand. This lack of information led to an uncomfortable encounter with another woman, whom I assume was the manager. I felt a certain level of pressure from her.
