PERFECT NAILS SPA — Attraction in Lakeland

I’ve been coming here since 2014 when I was in high school and I won’t be returning. I was completely disrespected by the owner Tony when I arrived today and had an appointment with Perla. My appointment was made over a week ago and had been confirmed through text. However when I show up, I’m told she no longer works there and someone else could do my nails. I was then sent instead to get my pedicure first and when I finished there was still no one available to do my full set, despite having an appointment. He didn’t offer any compensation off my pedicure for the inconvenience either and he didn’t even look at me when speaking to me about the situation nor when trying to resolve it. Also, no one else in the salon was even available to do a full set and Tony said he can’t do the intricate design I want. Then when I stated I would only like crystal instead, as I know she CAN do the designs I want, he just dismisses me and says she won’t be back until October 7th and “If you want to wait for crystal then that’s fine. Wait for crystal she’ll be back October 7th” and then proceeded to ignore me and continue on with his client currently in the chair, which he expected me to wait on her full set to be completely finished before I’d even be started on. Again, despite having an appointment for 12:30 and it was already 1pm by the time my pedicure finished. There were also ants all over the lobby couch and check-in desk and he didn’t seem to care. This is not the first time he’s been rude to customers either and he offered no real solution as he couldn’t do the design I wanted, therefore couldn’t do my nails in place of either Perla or Crystal. Writing this review because i am completely dumbfounded by this store who has always given me great service until my handicapped sister came in and received repulsing service. The first time my sister came to the store Crystal did her nails, my sister has very limited mobility of her arms and can’t stretch them all the way and has little to no strength in them, so crystal had to stand up to do her nails and the other girl asked crystal “don’t you get dizzy?” and crystal sighs and says that she just deals with it. Yesterday my sister went again and tony did her nails, nicks her four times, she starts bleeding and he continues to rush through her nails and still has her pay full price. He also complains the whole time about how difficult it is to do her nails because she could help him straighten her arms (even though she physically CANNOT) Later, my mother calls to voice her complaints, they go back for their refund which results in tony telling my sister to never come back. It is discrimination against disabled people’s and i will not stand for it because it is 2020 and completely unacceptable and people have physical and mental disabilities and deserve to feel pampered and get their nails done and not made to feel like a burden, therefore i am extremely disappointed in the...

Four 2 hours for two pedicures my husband had to leave to pick my daughter up from school we arrived at 1:45 left at 3:45 couldn’t even get my nails done , a friend of ours tag along an got a pedicure , a fill and eyebrow wax , for two pedicures and a nail tip on each of my big toes painted white we were charged $115 alone , not good pedicures at that , the water wasn’t hot it was like warm , and no one seem to understand all I wanted was a aquilic tip on my big toes both nails came out uneven , and honestly for a way cheaper cost I could have done them myself , my husband didn’t feel his $65 heavenly pedicure was worth the price seeing he has had better for half the cost , our friend had a full set only needed a fill and they charged her $65 bad pricing , or maybe they did not care cause we were new on top of it all I still tip both girls $10 but it was not worth the trip , my time , or our money !
