Beds Bunks & Mattresses — Attraction in Lakewood

We had come once like 6 years ago! And got this bunk bed set with these stairs the man was so helpful helped us get exactly what we were looking for. Jump forward to now we had had to down size unfortunately so we thought we would come back to this place we loved because man there things are made to last and well to see what we could do if they had any ideas? We were greeted bye the short stubby old lady 🤦🏻‍♀️ rood rood condescending person. We told her we were happy previous customers and would just respond short and rude yes, no, I mean we even asked if they had any of the stairs like we had since we didn't see any around it was just answered with a "no" but no follow up like not right now, we can order, etc.. she just continued saying "no" we thought they much just not make them anymore 🤷‍♀️ I could go on... we came a 2 more times in hopes we would not find her, the last time we came in looking for a captin bed and she was just like what we have is on the floor! I'm like ok but do you order is there more in the warehouse? No information so frustrating And you know what the stairs were back in a different color then that of what we had!!!😡 I tried to take a pic to show my husband and she went off on me that they dont allow for you to take pictures and she went on that if I were to steal his design he got patted he would Sue!!! 🙄 they need to get rid of that lady because they are losing at lot of customers it's...

My wife and I were looking for mattresses for son. I had asked a question early on about the difference between memory foam and and gel; I received a good answer. I later saw another bed only labeled as foam and asked how that differs and the response back was very rude and aggressive "I just told you about foam mattresses". I had not made the correlation of foam and memory foam being the same. I let this slide. The reason we didn't buy a mattress from this place was because my son started to climb onto one of the beds and the guy working there grabbed my son and said "no" and put him on the ground. I did not like this. I would have rather the guy indicate to me that he didn't want kids climbing up on the beds. The whole point of a showroom is to try out the beds so I was a bit disappointed and frankly, if you don't want someone to test your bed you should put up a sign. In the end, this place has fine product but the people working here are not nice and I don't think they should be putting their hands on my kid who was doing nothing wrong. I came here in 2019 to buy a twin over full for my son and I. The woman showed me the custom made unstained bunks and while I was trying to make sure my son wasn't getting into anything she went through really fast how it's put together. So I bought it and paid for it to be shipped. The guy who delivered it was really rude and realizing how difficult it was to even put together because it's literally a screw with a nut I wanted to return.
