Before I write this review, I would like to encourage people to post an honest review of this car wash, especially if you have had an incident in which your vehicle is damaged through their services. According to this business, no incidents where a vehicle is damaged can happen here. I have attempted to remedy damage to my vehicle through their claims process. However, it has been 4 weeks of me calling over a dozen times with no resolution to this issue. If we keep this car wash honest through our reviews, and logging incidents of vehicle damage, it will show a history of their negligence to address similar complaints. It may also help with any claim and/or legal process you may have in the future as a written record.
This review is for an incident that happened in mid-July 2020 when I brought my vehicle (that I had just purchased less than 45 days at a reputable dealership) in for a wash. Before handing my vehicle over at the vacuum station I inspected my vehicle thoroughly, specifically my windshield. This was because on a prior occasion I had suspicion that my windshield was chipped by this carwash before, but I had no proof at the time. There were no other chips on my car except for the suspected prior chip on the upper passenger side and recent windshield road rash (Which is faint and can be taken off by polishing.) Upon them finishing my car wash, which was subpar in my opinion, I got into my vehicle and noticed a chip right in front of me that was not there before. It was an extremely obvious chip because it was literally in my center view driver side as I stared forward, meaning I would have noticed this had it been there before.
The manager wrote a report and handed me a card for their claims department and told me they would contact me. I have been in contact only 3 times and they have yet to resolve my issue. I let them know of all the facts and that I just wanted my glass repaired. Since this has gone for over 4 weeks, I will have to resort to other measures that will resolve my issue and may potentially be more costly for their business. I am just glad California has a 3 year statute of limitations for a small claims process on damage to property and confront the owner face to face while I present my facts and his answer is, “there is nothing here that can cause a chip on your car.” Because that is all I have been told by the manager multiple times as to why he thought I did not happen there.
I had been going to this car wash for over 3 years, but something has changed as of late. It used to be a great quality carwash with no problems. But as I look at the previous reviews, I see that I am not the only one with a bad experience with them. I hope this review can shed some light on the business practice they are running.

Read moreNot sure who the lady is that is mentioned in most other one star reviews but she seems to be the common denominator when it comes to poor customer service at this car wash. Last I checked, it's still just a car wash. First and last time visiting this place.
My wife went to get the car washed. Said she paid and was waiting for an attendant to come guide her through. After waiting 5 minutes my wife assumed this was some sort of self serve car wash and began moving forward.
It was at this moment a female employee decided to show up to work and began yelling at my wife to stop moving. Apparently this woman's job is to guide you through. Makes perfect sense. My wife apologized explained she had been waiting and saw a green light so assumed she could move forward. That's my wife's fault. Mistakes happen.
What didn't need to happen was for this female employee to continue yelling at my wife calling her stupid and asking if she couldn't read the sign. Let me make this clear, Inches is what distance my wife moved. There was no damage to equipment and the car was not in danger of hitting anything or anyone.
I don't know whether this employee needs to be fired or given a Medal of Honor based on how serious she takes her job, but she takes it seriously enough to make another grown woman cry for an honest mistake.
