Wonderful pumpkin patch to take the kids but most of the staff seem as of they didnāt want to be there or work. This year they added a train we waited in line for about 25 minutes not to bad. As my son and husband get ready to get on the ride this random lady tells her son to cut my husband and son off knowing damn well the ticket associate was already escorting my husband to there seats, the ticket assistant stopped to seat the other child without explaining to us why she was no longer seating them, right before this incident we were shorted tickets. Overall, our experience was horrible and weāve been here before I left unsatisfied upset, and then tears because the prices on everything this is not a splurge any time kind of event. I spoke with the managers, Kevin and Jackie, and they were absolutely wonderful and Appreciated my feedback. Iām not one to always complain, but if my experiences I want to make it known. For our travels, Kevin and Jackie accommodate us to the best of their ability, and for that, we are grateful. I do plan on coming back. Next year hopefully my experience will be better. If it werenāt for the lovely managers I would have given this place 1 star āļø but like i said they were very accommodating and i how to see them next year. Thank you...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreKinda upset with what happened tonight. My daughter and I went to this pumpkin patch for the first time since weāre from Georgia and towards the end we went by the petting zoo since I promised my daughter. So we didnāt have any tickets left and my daughter really wanted to see them thru the fence then asked me āmama can I ask the man if I can go in without tickets.ā And I responded āI doubt heāll allow you because if he does it to you then others will think itās okay for them as well, plus he can get in trouble.ā And my daughter responded āit doesnāt hurt to askā which I sat down at the table and then allowed her too. I thought the worse he could say is No. but when my daughter when up to ask , she came back soooo fast with her face bloodshot Red and tears down her face . She literally did that crying where she was trying to catch her breath , then she told me the worker said ā No, Go away kid and leave me alone .ā My kid has been crying nonstop . I honestly think thatās not the right approach, for Anyone. I wish it was a different experienceā¦. But that definitely crushed my daughters heart & mine seeing her like thatā¦. Like seriously...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI visited this place earlier today , and unfortunately, I donāt see a bright future for it unless they make some changes. The pricing is outrageous! The minimum package is 20 tickets for $30, with each activity costing between one to four tickets (MOST 3 tickets Each INCLUDING infants). If you have more than one child, be ready to spend over $100.
I went for the petting zoo with my one-year-old daughter and my nine-year-old sister, and we had to give up three tickets each ā including for my one-year-old! I get that my sister and I should need tickets, but charging the same for an infant is absurd. We went through half of our tickets in just a few minutes.
I also had a bad experience with the slides. My daughter was too scared to go down, so I asked if I could get my ticket back. The staff member refused, which I found really greedy. I ended up giving my spot to another child, but the whole situation left a bad taste in my mouth.
This will be my first and last time coming here. There are plenty of desert spots for someone to open a pumpkin patch in the area, and I hope someone opens one thatās more affordable and genuinely...
