Today I called to place an order for pick up. I was placed on hold but the employee didnāt realize I wasnāt on hold. As I was waiting to place my order she proceeds to mock my conversation that I am having with my son and says, ā I am tired of dealing with these customers, and proceeds to make fun of my conversation that I had with my son about my anxiety. She placed me on hold and I was waiting for her to take my order. She finally picked the phone up. I spoke with manager and requested owner to reach out to me but she declined to give me even a first name so I can call in when he/she is available. This was absolutely unacceptable. I donāt want anyone fired or anything but definitely brought to their attention. I didnāt order after all. So disappointed. You just donāt behave that way. Let someone else work that will appreciate customers...

They were on it, I mean I walked in my door 5 minutes before and already had a phone call stating that the ladies would keep it there until we got back. I just want to say thank you and keep...

I'm completely sympathetic that through no fault of these large and small businesses that they've each suffered greatly to keep the lights on during these difficult and crazy times. My only suggestion would be to offer the customer the ability to size up to what your original established sandwiches were and charge more to help cover expenses. Best of luck during these...
