I ordered a package, which was particularly expensive.I opted out for no signature upon delivery (because I have a job and can't be home to accept things). Delivery day rolls around, and I look at my tracking and see that the package was un-deliverable because no one was home to accept it...... The mail-person also did not leave a notice of where the package was if I wanted to pick it up. Given that there are 4 possible offices in my area, this was a real pain. I decided to call this office to see if they had my package so I could try to leave work early to get there before they close. All I got was no answer and a message that their mailbox is full.. I called about 15 times over the course of 4 hours and never got connected to anyone. Luckily, I called the Neffsville office and asked them for some guidance. The individual was extremely helpful at that location and said this office was the location where my package would be.

Read moreThis is the branch inside the Weis grocery store at the Red Rose Commons. No one was at the counter. Waited and waited and waited for employee to come out from the back. She called out several times that she would be right out, but I stood there for 10 minutes and finally gave up and left. There were no other customers there, and I could not hear her doing anything in the back such as stacking boxes or whatever. Don't know if she was just on the phone with a friend or snacking, or what. Abysmal...

They went into the back and talked for a number of minutes leaving us just standing there until some other employee from another part of the store came and helped us.
