Buyers beware. I used to love this store and literally almost spent everyday there. At least 4 days a week I was in there spending $20 to $300 a day. Anyway a couple weeks ago an employee told me they were switching over to holiday return policy and all items were having an extended return until January 25th. This employee knows, I'm an online reseller and she was letting me know that I had longer to return my items to get cash back, well it turns out she told me this information inaccurately. She never told me that it had to be items purchased after October 10th. It was two females Olga and Taylor that said this to me two separate employees giving out inaccurate information. I went to return items today and was told I couldn't I tried to explain the entire situation once they told me that I would be receiving store credit and I explained how their employee told me everything was good to be returned until January 25th and the manager was not willing to amend their employees mistake or listen to me flat out called me a liar I couldn't believe it. Now I have over $300 in-store credit for merchandise when I needed cash back. Like I said I'm in there 4 days a week and I've been in there since. If I would have known this, I would have just brought them back one of the other times I went in. I tried my hardest to explain this woman to the manager and appeal to her humanity because they have given cash back before after 30 days, they can do it, but they were completely disrespectful and rude and arrogant to the point where I don't even think I want to shop here anymore. I couldn't believe itand that manager sees me in there almost every day spending hundreds of dollars and that's how I...
Read moreThis store has everything you never knew you needed for one's home. The kitchen section is particularly exciting, what with all of the gadgets and high end to low end cookware. There is also quite a lot of different types of bar ware for entertaining. Next up is the festive decorative items section, along with the expanded toy section for Christmas. I especially liked that there were so many hands-on type of educational toys and games. Applause!! Also, I cannot ever go into this store without checking out the furniture, lamps, bedding, and area rugs. There is always quite an unusual and exceptional selection. I never have purchased anything in those departments, but I might in the future because I just signed up for the store credit card. Last but not least, I have to mention the seasonal section of the store--this being the Christmas season. There were so many lovely and very inexpensive decorative items, from Santa's to Angels, to ornaments, dishes, cookie jars, stocking hooks for the mantle, banners, and the list goes on. Do yourself a favor. Go check this store out. Also the staff seem to be in good spirits, and are helpful. The cashiers are friendly and cheerful. A+ all...
Read moreStarting with the staff, MOST of them are rude and don't even have manners! I've always thought we were supposed to greet "Every Customer, Every Time" but that doesn't happen there. It's sad that the rude ones ruin it for the kind and mannered employees who actually do speak to the customers! You have one rude manager there who always gets smart for no reason and always tried to make everything I did wrong EVERYTIME. She always had something negative to say to me and I never did anything to the lady at all! I've had some customers thank me for my welcoming greetings and good mannerisms as they'd witness other associates weren't wish is highly sad.
As for the merchandise there it's like being in a whole new different world (world of excitement). I like a lot of the items there and mostly the prices are a perfect fit for everything...
