We have enjoyed this MOD because it’s close to us, but over the course of the last year or so, we’ve noticed a decline in the service and quality of the overall restaurant. The general vibe here is that we are bothering the staff by simply being patrons, which is an offputting feeling when you want to spend money somewhere for a good product. The employees stare at you and wait for us to initiate, and when we do, we are met with annoying looks and begrudging behavior. We came in this evening, and though the young man who made our pizza was polite and engaging, the rest of the employees were already cleaning up in preparation for closing. The problem was, the restaurant didn’t close for another hour and a half. Half the counter was closed — though we understood that was a result of a leak in one of the coolers (?). The lemonades and teas were being closed down and cleaned up. When we asked if they were going to make more, the response we got was “no.” The chairs were almost all put away. 2/3 trash cans were labeled closed. The team was sweeping and cleaning tables while we were trying to eat in the dining room. When we asked about closing time, we were assured we had an hour and a half till closing — but they were trying to leave as soon as the doors were locked. Read moreOrdered a pizza online for a pick up later in the day. We had finished our errands early and arrived about 20-25 minutes prior to our pick up time and asked if it could be started. I was told they would start the pizza and it should be ready shortly. I thanked the staff and told them I would be back in 15 minutes as I went to some shops next door. When we returned the pizza had not even been started, and at that time it was past our original pick up time. They then simply put our pizza in line to be made with no urgency, and when I say in line there were still 5 or more pizzas to be made/cooked prior to ours. No communication, and frankly a rude staff, led us to walk out and cancel our order. By the time it was all done we had no pizza and it was 20 minutes past our original pick up time. Read moreOn Monday October 4th 2021 my co worker and I put in a mobile order. The order was scheduled for pick up at noon. Paid for it through the app. Got to this location at noon to find the doors locked and the lights off. So I called. A guy answered and I told him I was there to pick up my order but the doors are locked. He asked for the name in the order which I gave and then apologized saying that they were closed and would be until 4pm and that he'd get the order refunded. It's now Wednesday October 6th and the order still hasn't been refunded. Update: I have spoken to 3 different people at this location in the last week and still haven't been refunded. The last person I spoke to said the GM was in Maryland and took my name and number saying he'd call me to resolve the issue.
