Edit: the speedy service should've been a red flag! The next day I returned because my phone no longer connected to my mobile network, so I spent an hour with the new guy troubleshooting everything we could come up with, including getting a replacement part on there for what had been replaced. None of these things worked so I went back to my phone provider whom gave me a number to call where I had to sit on the phone for 2 and a half hours with to re troubleshoot everything myself only for them to send me to a certified phone repair store in north whales who quickly diagnosed my unrepairable network antenna. I might be a little upset.
Original comment: Got my charger port replaced for less than what tmobile could offer me. Took less than 30 minutes to get it done, and I was 2nd in line.
Edit 2: we tried everything. I told you I took it to tmobile and they tried to fix it, even added a e sim which didn't work. Told me to take it to a samsung certified repair shop 35 minutes away who took one look at the inside of my phone and said that the network antennae was broken. I asked him if it could have been broken when the charging port was replaced because that happened literally right before I noticed the network issues and he said that was most likely what happened. I'm not trying to be a jerk, we had a very nice conversation while you were repairing my phone but I just want you to take your time and make sure you're being extra careful. Not every mistake can be covered by their phone providers warranty. The repair was free, but I ended up having to get a new replacement phone which I expressed to you at the very start I did not want to do. I even left you a great reveiw like you asked me to originally, and i paid for this repair for nothing but inconveniences. Sucks but you...
Read moreI specifically asked if it replacing my screen would make my phone work like new again and I was told yes. The Face ID doesn’t work, which I now understand but it was not explained to me that there would be features that wouldn’t work even though I asked. Also the screen flickers which I didn’t notice until I got home and the touch response is off. I tried to call and the business’s number doesn’t work. I’m not sure what I’m supposed to do now having paid for a screen that doesn’t work properly. I would not recommend trusting your phone here.
Update: I took my phone to Best Buy who sent me straight to the Apple Store. Everyone I showed it to was horrified at the poor quality screen that was put on my phone. The Apple guy showed me how it didn’t even fit properly and would quickly allow dust and moisture in and ruin my...
