El Rinconcito Latino — Restaurant in Lansdale

RECOMMENDATION - We will be back. (6:30pm) (4 adults and infant in car seat)

We walked in and were the only ones there. After we arrived about 8 Latinos came in and filled the place up. A good sign.

VALUE - $64.50 - 5/5 carnitas chimichanga - 4/5 al pastor burrito - 5/5 street tacos - chicken and al pastor - Al pastor tacos 5/5, chicken 3.5/5 average pollo frito - 4,5 - larger portion than expected. Chicken and beans were good. Tortillas were good. Would order again

PORTION SIZE- 5/5 Street style tacos, meals met or exceeded expectations.

SERVICE- 3.5/5 There was a hand written note on the door saying they needed help. It was obvious they did. Only one server. Seemed like they only had one person in the back as well. We had to wait a bit for our good, prob 20 min.

food is fantastic! loved the food all the dishes were very tastey, just tostados were a bit too oily. but flavor was top notch. BUT! there is a big BUT. it took painstakingly long. it took them forever to get the appetizer out. and then we ordered a plate of tostones and a burrito. which took again forever. like that much time is just not worth it. I wasn't even hungry or excited about the food after that. Just improve the speed. food is great tho. maybe we'll consider take...

We ordered take out. Has to be the worst Mexican restaurant I’ve ever experienced. The food was subpar, and why would you give someone who can’t have wheat macaroni salad? Why would it be a side for fajitas? Why do you even have macaroni salad at a Mexican restaurant? No guacamole just a piece of avocado no refried beans just some weird blended soup of black beans, no lettuce, cheese or sour cream. Pretty much trash. And a giant...
