New Station Pizza — Restaurant in Lansdale

Disappointed to say the least. Placed a small order this evening, personal pizza, plain slice and gyro. Nothing that should take that long to get together. Needless to say it took a hour to get our food and once we received it.. the delivery person told us that he would be back and clearly forgot one of the items in our order. Needless to say the food that was delivered was luke warm. Mind you we are 5 minutes up the road so it should have not taken long to deliver let alone bring the rest of the order that was forgotten back. But to my surprise 20 minutes has gone by and no food has been brought back. I called and spoke to a woman who was very nice and told her the problem but needless to say there was no corrective action or anything I was just told the driver probably took the other orders he had before coming back and getting my original one that I already waited a hour for.. Not Happy to...

First of all, way overpriced. Came out to $50 for 2 medium pizzas after a delivery fee and a "convenience fee" was added. The estimated wait time for the order was an hour, which seemed like a lot, but whatever, if they're busy they're busy. After an hour and a half, I called and was told the delivery driver was "on the way". After another 30 minutes (two hours total now) I called and asked them to cancel the order and give me a refund. Apparently the driver had delivered the pizza to the wrong place. Never bothered to call the contact #.

Rather than apologize and offer a refund, they wanted me to go over to pick up my 2 hour late cold pizza from the business down the road where they had dropped it off. Only 2 stars instead of 1 because after arguing on the phone for 15 minutes they finally agreed to refund my money and managed to remain cordial despite me being...

I am writing this in support of this shop having eaten here two times, once in 2003, and once in 2013.

Literally best pizza I've ever had. I live in Texas, I've had pizza all over the place, I used to work in a pizza place in college. Nothing touches this one specific place. Don't go here for salads/sandwiches, those are not going to be good at any pizza place, go to a deli for that.

Come here for the magical dough, the awesome sauce, and the beautiful blend of cheese.

My great grandmother who lived nearby has since died, but I hope to visit here again now that it's been another 10 years since my last visit... I don't know if it's the water, the sauce, or the blend of cheese... but this is my rosebud when it comes to pizza.
