I love this store….great place! I get all my gifts here and all my pans….fantastic!….I love you so much I wish to help you with a helpful hint…..every day I watch your employees throw away boxes….they fill 3 or4 recycling bins with big square boxes full of air….then jump up and down in the recycling bin so they can get in several more…we do get a good laugh out of the situation…but I don’t want your store to close because of you paying to much for recycling….and have an employee fall out of the bin and be injured … If you take the tape off one side the box will lay flat!….perhaps you could tell your employees …and you would only need one bin…Good Luck and I will be Christmas...

I called in to see if they had a chair I saw a few weeks ago still in stock before I made the 50 minute drive out there. I gave her the best description I had and she said, "you want me to look and that's all the information you have?" The tone of her voice sounded as if she was annoyed I even called. She put me on hold and came back and said an associate said they have something similar. I asked if I could e-mail her a picture of what I was looking for or send me one, she said there was no way to do that. The only way I could see it is if I made the drive. I can say she did answer my question but there was no going above and beyond and a lack of customer...

I asked a home goods worker for a restroom and her face was in her phone she lifed it long enough to point and say its in the back corner then straight back to her phone. I dont care what the situation it was rude. I then mentioned it to the lady at the check out and she not only made excuses for she told the girl on the phone about it as if i wasnt just standing right there... also the store is to crowded its so much clutter they had the same item on 3 different shelevs so it was like you go down 1 isle just to see the same thing 3 other times.
