Tried a standard pepperoni pie, and a plain cheese. Ok food for the price, but I'm not gonna rush back here anytime.. Staff was overwhelmed, short/unengaged, and rude. They take your name and just shout it when your pizza is ready. I had two pizzas, and one was ready before the other. I got the first pizza, took it back to our table and then went back up to the counter and stood around waiting for the second. After a few minutes of waiting and noticing people that were behind me picking up their pies, I asked the person that was expediting if my name had been called. He didn't even look at me, sort of looked around at the counters and answered, "Well, we called that name awhile ago....". I said, "Oh, I must have missed it when I took our first pizza to the table. [Looked at receipt] It's order number #####." He said, "That means nothing to me..." Apparently, neither does my business. UPDATE: Tried Blaze in Frandor again. Better experience this time. Staff was friendly and helpful in the middle of a fairly busy rush. My pizza was pulled and given to the person that was expediting. She cut it and began to give it to another customer. I mentioned that I thought that pizza was my order, they double checked the sheet and corrected the mistake right away.

Normally I'm a diehard Blaze fan. I've not only visited locations around the US but also in Canada. I especially love that they have vegan cheese that doesn't cost extra, and offer vegan cheesy bread. BUT, the last two times I visited this location (the?one closest to home) the food has been atrocious. A few weeks ago I was served a pizza drenched it balsamic to the point where it was dripping out of the box. Obviously, it was not very appetizing... Additionally, my BYO salad was missing several ingredients and contained others I did not order. A couple of days ago I tried again and this order was even worse. My pizza had almost no cheese at all. I literally had to add cheese and rebake it, and yes, it was very dry after that. I ate a couple slices and threw the rest of it out. Also, my salad was less than half full but had twice as much dressing. It was also missing a lot of the ingredients I ordered for it. Pizza is a treat for me, and this meal was definitely not worth the calories. I honestly can't imagine coming back to this location. I'll stick to frozen Daiya pizzas which are less than $10, less than half the calories, and consistently good quality.

This was our first time at Blaze Pizza. My wife and I went and both bought the take 2 option. That's any half pizza and a half order of cheese sticks or salad. For the same price as a whole pizza She always enjoys pizza but she likes the option of a side salad. She enjoyed both. I got the side of cheesy sticks. They were good. I couldn't finish them, so my children enjoyed the leftovers. The pizzas are craft pizzas. They come with a thin crust with as many toppings as you like. They have a variety of toppings most pizza places dont. They also have their specialty pizzas, same price as the others. They do have upcharges for different types of crusts. Which I will try on my next visit. They cook the pizza in a specialty oven. It does not take very long. The only drawback is it's very hard to hear your name called out when it's loud and crowded. My take on this place is that this seems like the subway version of a fast food pizza joint. I enjoyed it. The price is right. I didn't find it overly expensive. The food was good and there was plenty of staff to go around. We'll be back again.

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. I went in earlier this month. Before visiting, I informed myself of the safety precautions that were going to be implemented on all ‘Blaze’ restaurants; As well as the Governor issued order. Upon arrival, there were employees who did not have gloves, is masks on. I had no issues with the young ladies preparing my order willing to comply to this safety measure. I went in with my partner to get pizza for us and our family. Pleas note, that before I paid, one of the pizzas was already out the oven, and just sitting on the counter. I stood and waited for my pizzas and got all of them except the first one. I waited a total of 10 minutes before anyone thought of even boxing up the first pizza. I asked one of the employees standing in front of the oven, (which I would soon find out is the store manager) If they would be able to pop it in the oven for a few minutes as it had been sitting out for a while. The lady then grabbed the pizza with her bare hands, and throw it in the oven. Shen then proceeded to tell one of her employees loud enough for me to hear; “How hot does she want it, it just came out of the oven and burned me.” I’m not typically one to talk back to any sort of remark, but how unprofessional was that. I did take sympathy if it would have burned her, but yet again, she touched the pizza with her bare hands... They left the pizza for about 10 more minutes, burning it. The store manager then pulled the pizza back out the oven, threw the metal marker at the glass barrier angrily, and boxed my pizza. I then thanked her for reheating up the pizza (even though it was burned) she responded by throwing the box on the counter and walking away. She did not give me the courtesy of adding any sort of sauce on top. I understand how the situation could have upset her, but she does work in a customer service field. In addition to the pizzas, I ordered garlic knots. When we got back home and we’re finally able to eat our pizzas, we discovered that the garlic knots were raw. Yes they do have some cheese inside them, but we had raw dough. I then called the restaurant, and let them know what was going on, Including the awful experience we had in store. Since the cashier did not give us a receipt, we updated have to go in and hope they recognized us to get a full refund to compensate the experience. When I got to the restaurant, the store manager, gestured towards me to the gentleman working the oven. When I walked up to the counter, a box of what I assume was garlic knots was thrown on the counter, and this gentleman walked away. I then told him that I was told I would be getting a refund not a replacement. The gentleman was unable to access the refund function on the register, so he asked the store manager to do so. This lady, who’s uniform read Hannah; refused to talk to me. And was unaware that the lady I had spoken with on the phone offered me a full refund for my entire order. Hannah, proceeded to get all her information from the gentleman, who was not properly informed of the situation. As I was just visiting my mother, I can gladly say I will never eat at this particular location ever again. I recommend others to steer clear from this establishment, and especially the store...

First several visits were really good all around. Recent trip wasn't that great. Only a few of us in line and our pizzas got mixed up. Even after I said they seemed wrong, I was told they were correct and was handed a pizza (toppings were pretty similar, it was kinda hard to be certain, and the name on the paper was hard to see). When my pizza was actually done about 30 seconds later, the pizza guy realized his mistake, said he was wrong (he used a different, non pc term, which frankly I found refreshing, but probably would offend some people), and offered to remake the other customer's pizza (I was holding the pan but hadn't otherwise touched it). The other customer took their original pizza from me and I got mine. This was all understandable and really no big deal, as mistakes happen, but, while he apologized to the other lady, he gave me attitude and was kind of a jerk (nevermind thanking me for catching his mistake before they had to remake any pizzas). I definitely wasn't upset or problematic as a customer (I've worked retail and in the food industry, and so I know how it is to be on the other side). I'm not really sure how to interpret the whole exchange, but it made me feel very unwelcome.

My pizza came out fairly burned, but that's mostly from the 3 minute cooking process. When it was sliced, the cheese had been pulled away and flopped over (knife not sharp enough to cut cheese?). This pulled most of the cheese and toppings off of one piece. I noticed this on the first pizza I was given too. Not a big deal on its own, but seemed kinda lazy and added to the bad experience.

All of the low top tables that were unoccupied were dirty (5 or 6). It was close to 2:00, so it was well past lunch, and there were idle employees, so this also just seemed lazy. I instead sat at a high top table which was not ideal because of a temporary physical issue.

The pizza was very good, and I really like this place, so I'll chalk it up to a bad day. The enthusiasm and effort was definitely lacking, and I wonder if the "newness" effect has just run out for the employees (most of whom were friendly, at least).

I realize it's not gourmet, but a clean table and decent service is pretty much a minimum. Previous visits were 5/5, but this one was a generous 3/5, because I'll give them the benefit of the doubt. Overall 4/5, and will update after...

Title: Outstanding Pizza Experience at Blaze Pizza!

Rating: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Review: I recently had the pleasure of visiting Blaze Pizza, and I must say that it was an absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. This place deserves every bit of its five-star rating!

First and foremost, the pizza at Blaze Pizza is simply outstanding. The crust was perfectly thin and crispy, with just the right amount of chewiness. The toppings were fresh, flavorful, and generously portioned. The variety of options allowed me to customize my pizza exactly to my liking, and the staff was more than happy to accommodate any special requests.

What impressed me the most was the speed and efficiency of service. Despite the steady flow of customers, the staff worked seamlessly to ensure that orders were taken promptly and pizzas were prepared and cooked in record time. The interactive assembly line format was a unique and enjoyable experience, allowing me to watch as my pizza was expertly crafted before being baked to perfection in their blazing hot oven.

The atmosphere of Blaze Pizza is vibrant and inviting, with a modern and clean interior. The staff members were friendly, attentive, and genuinely passionate about their craft. It was evident that they take immense pride in delivering top-notch quality and customer satisfaction.

In addition to the incredible pizza, Blaze Pizza also offers a variety of fresh salads, delicious desserts, and refreshing beverages. The menu caters to different dietary preferences, including vegetarian and gluten-free options, ensuring that there is something for everyone to enjoy.

Lastly, the value for money at Blaze Pizza is exceptional. The prices are reasonable, considering the high quality of ingredients and the overall dining experience. It's an excellent place to grab a quick bite without compromising on taste or quality.

In conclusion, Blaze Pizza has truly set the bar high when it comes to delicious, customizable pizzas served with efficiency and a smile. I highly recommend this place to all pizza enthusiasts, and I look forward to my next visit to Blaze Pizza for another mouthwatering experience!

Note: Please keep in mind that this review reflects my personal experience...
