Troy Cleaners Lapeer — Attraction in Lapeer

Id give one stars but they did try to remedy their situation... my sister made plans to get her dress dry cleaned and talked to two different workers specifying her dress to be my maid of honor would be ready by the time specified on their ticket and would be at the location where they placed their order... I took her to the location at the time that they said her dress would be ready, we walked in and they knew nothing of the order, and then when he finnaly asked another coworker about it, the dress wasnt even there! They didnt know what to do and we were told to leave empty handed and expect a phone call. We got a phonecall saying that the dress we dropped off to get cleaned in Lapper was in port Huron??? Why would it be so far and why wouldn't we be told anything? Anyway. The company said they could try to deliver it to the house, which we found the delivery truck down the road to the house and when we waved him down he said he couldn't find the house so he was going to have to deliver it back to the store, but there was no attempt to reach contact with the number they had called earlier. Very confusing, im glad we finnaly got the dress even though we almost didnt. Im pretty sure the dress was cleaned well enough for the wedding but we did not need...

HORRIBLE CUSTOMERS SERVICE!!!! I was excited to use Troy Cleaners… I was told it would be back earliest Wednesday, the latest, Thursday. I called Thursday morning before driving to pick it up and was told, “it’s on the rack to be cleaned today, will be back on Friday” I explained that I NEEDED it today (Thursday), we were leaving for an out of town wedding, just as I told them when I dropped it off! She told me that they would clean it and deliver it Thursday night to our home. I called back at 6:43pm as it had not been delivered yet. I was told “it’s enroute, the deliveries are made between 6pm -8pm”. Well, it never arrived!!!! I called and left a message. I drove to the store on Friday morning, to be told “it’s on the way to your house now”- so I wasted my time driving to the store. Oh! But I got my receipt through email! It did get delivered right before I arrived home, but what we had to go though was not worth it. I will NVER go back to Troy...

Not the kind of person that wears dress clothes too often, but I took some jeans in to have the inseam shortened, and they came back looking great, and also pressed, and on on a hanger. They also did the alterations quicker than promised. I'm sure that I'll bring back any other items that need to be cleaned, or altered, as I'm now purchasing new clothes, as needed, because I've lost a great deal of weight, in the last year, because I finally got serious about losing weight, and getting my body back in shape. Just wish that I still had some of the clothes that I grew out of...
